The phones are always tied up, it takes forever for them to answer. The prescriptions are never ready. My doctor said it should take a half hour for them to have it ready. I waited a half hour, went to get it, had to wait ANOTHER half hour. They need more staff or to fix the issue of being so ridiculously slow!!! How long does it take to put some pills in a bottle?!

Called 2 hrs in advance. Got here and didn't have prescriptions filled. Waited 45 mins and no prescriptions so I left. Worst service ever. Now I know why I normally go to CVS!!!

If I could give zero stars that's what I would give. My son took a Covid test and I called 2 days later because lab did not receive and I was told that they had a box of tests that they just located and they were going out that night so almost 72 hours after his testing they were just sending it out. They did not tell me or anyone else that was tested to let them know! This is unethical and very disturbing! Do not go here! They don't even know if the test is good or not because it had been so long! I have zero confidence in this pharmacy and they should be reported to the drug administration!

The pharmacist was very rude and stated because I didn’t need consult on a medication that I thought I knew it all, when confronted about her comment she states oh it was a joke. JOKE HELL, I am educated and I am a customer. You don’t treat anyone like that much less a customer. She needs to LOOSE her job.

Walgreen Pharmacy was overcharging me for my Synthriod medication. My insurance card BCBS of NC says I have a $4.00 copy. That would be $12 for 3 months. I questioned pharmacy about this and they blamed my insurance company and referred me to them. Another lady in line heard me questioning why they were charging me $24.00 twice as much as my copay, she advised me to go to Walmart. I did go to Walmart and they put it through insurance and they will be charging me $12.00 for three months!! I was stunned. Walgreens is overcharging many customers I would have to think. BEWARE! Something corrupt is going on at the Walgreen Pharmacy.

Excellent People. Personable. They have always been very prompt at the drive thru. I wouldn't consider getting my prescriptions filled anywhere else.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED. Had to use their computer to pull photos from my Android, and their cable had a short in it. Eventually I just gave up, downloaded the app while in the store, and uploaded them from there. Customer service was equivalent to fast food service, that's how bad it was- no exaggeration on that either. Only plus of the whole ordeal was my photos were done in 3 minutes, which I received the notification that they were done as soon as I started heading towards 21 area

I normally get my prescriptions filled at CVS, but last night after sitting in FastMed forever it seemed and then being taken to the er at Iredell. I was finally released to go home and I needed my medicine to start because I was still in the 48 time frame to take the Tamiflu and those were the sweetest girls I've ever met. To be 9:30 at night and they were smiling, helpful and since there wasn't anyone else in the drive thur behind me, they let me stay in my warm car and wait for them to fill my medicine! I will 100% go back as well as send family and friends there! You guys have a great team! Very thankful!
