Absolutely horrible! When we signed up the person quit in the middle of our paperwork. That was the first issue. Then we had another person finish the paperwork. They never had this person assigned to us permanently. We NEVER had an agent assigned to us! We received a card in the mail 2 years later from some lady we never met. We had a checking account hack in November and called this office to let them know.. My husband called them , then I called them twice after that with no return call. Finally I saw the OH number on a bill. I called 12-1-23 and was told by the customer service person if I filled out the change of account info and send in a check for the November payment and approve for December’s payment we’ll be fine. I did just that on 12-2-23. They claimed they still hadn’t gotten our information on 12-12-23. My husband spoke to a Heather twice about this and she told him our accounts were fine. On 12-14-23 they cashed our check. I called before Christmas to find out why the December payment wasn’t taken out of the account.? THEY CLOSED ALL IOF OUR ACCOUNTS EVEN THOUGH THEY CASHED OUR CHECK! Which means they had our bank info for December’s payment! I’m disgusted with this company and their incompetence! I have pictures of the information I sent to the them, the check and I have whom I spoke with on 12-1-23 which they said I never called anyone that day in OH! I will be speaking to a lawyer to get our money back! This isn’t the way you run a company! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

They are so nice and treat you so nicely I'm at that age where I know I need life insurance got me a very small policy place to go they're nice to you there and they treat you good and I recommend anybody when you're ready to take that step to go there
