About Westwinds Carwash

Westwinds Carwash is one of the better car washes in Statesville. The wash works great and the facility is well-lit, able to accommodate a truck with a trailer. However, customers report issues with payment and machines. Some have been charged incorrectly or lost money in the change machine without reimbursement, despite multiple contact attempts. There are also complaints about damaged equipment, like a vacuum hose. While appreciated for late-night service, some feel the cost is high and note the lack of an upper blower for trucks.

I used the touchless automatic wash. Paid for the top option. The machine needs lots of maintenance. It did get my car wet and put soap on it… but then only rinsed half of the car. I don’t recommend using this area of the Carwash.

My 1st time there. I spent $10 on the automatic wash and my car was just as dirty when I finished as it was when I got there. So disappointed.

Every time I go to this car wash it takes my money no matter which machine I try using and the owner never called me back the other day
