“The best selection of makeup in Statesville! All of the staff in Merle Norman are extremely nice, friendly and willing to help you with all your needs! They offer complimentary makeovers, which really help you with your decision to purchase the right cosmetics and other skin care items. Merle Norman has a really cute (and fairly large) selection of boutique-style clothes. They also carry the Simply Southern brand and Alegria shoes, which is a nice added perk/bonus for this store. I have necer received anything but superior customer service here! Recently, they also added a hair salon. I got a haircut and highlights by Sharon and it turned out PERFECT! So perfect that I took my son back within a few days to get his haircut as well!”
“The staff is always so friendly, They never get annoyed by the public's questions. One downfall is that they do not offer petitions in plus sizes in the store. It would have a five star if they did.”
