Abysmal customer service. All I wanted was some assistance with making an online insurance payment since I have not paid that way in a while and had forgotten how to do it. Their answer was a firm no and they don't assist customers with that any more. Isn't that why they are in business? To assist customers? I had to figure out online payment for myself and without their help.

Friendly people work here. If you have a little question or a big one they are helpful. Worked to help me find best rates for car and homeowners insurance. Claims are handled quickly and expertly. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
