The pumps are beyond slow!!! They need to change the pumps or repair them. In the time it took me to set up this review find it on google maps and writing all this I got only 3 gallons pumped lol

They have 12 total pumps but today only three of them were operational. how does this even happen
Update: today the car wash didn't dispense any soap whatsoever. do not use the car wash here

I came early in the morning today, since yesterday I had stopped to put gas and forgot the receipt for my company expense report. The lady that helped me in the morning was very nice and got my information to get the receipt later so I can pick it up. I came in the afternoon as I told her, and there is another lady that has been yelling and rude stating she does not now anything, I tried to explain to her what I had requested but kept stating it’s not her problem as she is from another store. She yellled and was rude unnecessarily and when asked if I could talk to anyone, she just said it was not her problem because no one told her. Unfortunately this is a bad costumer experience. Even though the lady in the morning was nice, this lady in the afternoon has ruined my desire to even attempt to to stop here again.
UPDATE: I was able finally to get hold of the Supervisor Miss Cary and she was awesome, she help me get my expense receipt and was very nice. Definitely will continue to do business here.

I called them Monday morning at 8 sharp about my car being left there and they said my car was fine, I told them I was getting it towed that day. At 8:59, not even an hour later, they had my car towed but didn't leave any information on who they had tow it. So I had to report my car stolen. Now I'm being charged $300 for the tow service if I can come up with it today. I've frequented that store for over 24 years, buying their gas, food and high priced motor oil. For them to have my car towed like that shows just how much they value their customers. I will never stop there again and will tell my family to not use them anymore either.
Update: it ended up costing me $525.00 to get my car back.

The staff and management at these stores keep them nice and clean. The employees are always very helpful.
