The only time I have to send packages is before work. They say they open at 8:15, but every time I come, they don’t answer the door. I ring the doorbell. They don’t answer it and I hear them back there moving packages around if you don’t open at 8:15 don’t put that on the door and on the website yesterday when I came at 8:15 there was a line waiting for them. I had to leave because at 8:30 they still didn’t open the door so I came back this morning no answer again.

Online states I can bring my ID to the post office to change my address. Not only was the door locked when it said retail service was supposed to be open, but I was told to just put my change of address in the mailbox, unverified, directly going against the online procedures listed by USPS. I was told they were too busy because it's the day after a holiday.

The old mail lady with glasses needs to be fired! Speeding down a dead end residential street while kids are playing yelling, swearing, and taking pictures of my kids and my neighbors child. Refused to delete the pictures and was laughing. I wont stop calling, emailing, and going into the post office until she is fired. I have a video and everything.

Whenever I get a package delivered, it’s been opening. Then they try to put it back the way it came but you can tell it’s been opening.😳😳😳 whoever delivers the mail over stuff my packages gets stuff in the mailbox and it’s been bent and some of the color came off…smh

The clerk, Julie, that works there is soooo rude and a real smart a$$. She acts like she hates her job so much and its your fault!! I'm going to start doing my business in Clinton, hopefully they'll be nicer.

This post office is so friendly! I go out of my way to bring packages here, rather than other county locations, as they are so much nicer than other locations!!

For over a year now our mail Lady will not deliver packages. If it is a bag she will stuff it in the mail box, but its rare we get and bags. Got another pink slip in the mail this week that states, no secure place to leave the package. Well I am home all day, so what is the issue. No other delivery carrier has anissue. Especially with covid , people are ordering to stay out of the public for a reason. She is putting customers and the Autryville post office Clerk at unnecessary risks. The post master needs to do something about it. She is the lady with a foreign accent and I think it may be German. Everyone in our neighborhood and surrounding rds are upset, but cannot take off of work to go speak to the post master in stedman.

Wait to speak to a human is way too long!! I was told one to two hours wait, several times when I tried to get someone! TOO LONG!!

Does this post office close at 4:56 PM or 5:00 PM? Would have been nice to know before I carried two humongous boxes to the door. Please keep the public in the loop when you decide to close early because your employees are too tired to throw any more letters in the mail bin. Or at least be nice enough to update your site with the correct closing time if that's not too much work for you.

so first time ever to have a BAD experience through this post office. had a package delivered by a very rude driver. she first pulled up LAYING on the horn, which she did this several times. after sticking my head outside she informed me "yards too wet (it wasnt) and theres "not enough porch" to leave the package on. never had a problem before. after seeing my dismay of her actions, she said "you gotta package, you want it?" i said "wow"...she told me she could "take it back".....lol i explained to her that i have worked serevice jobs before and have NEVER treated customers this way. she then asked me if i had anymore packages coming to this address, which i was informed by her supervisor that this was NONE OF HER BUSINESS to ask. the only thing that has me rating this postal service with a 3 is because i have never had a bad experience before AND because the woman i spoke with, im assuming the supervisor, was AWESOME. she was very professional in handling my complaint and very apologetic for the treatment received. she assured me that there would be no more problems from this carrier, and quickly call her if there is. look, i get we all have bad days, i have plenty....but when doing your JOB, you do it with PRIDE and RESPECT. period! i hope this helps for anyone else who has maybe dealt with this carrier and i hope she gets a nice dose of "professionalism" soon!! thank you!
