Carolina Marina is a great place to visit. The boat rental is fun and the lake is lovely. The marina has a great boat landing, but it can be crowded. Recent updates include new boards on the dock, improved walkways, and a brand new store. The community is friendly and the marina has a grill with delicious food. It is also a nice place to launch a boat into the lake, with restrooms and lit up at night. The marina is suitable for camping, although it can be hot in some seasons. Overall, Carolina Marina is a nice place to enjoy time on the lake.
Amazing marina and boat launch. Great view. Boat trailers take priority so wat h the signs for parking. Sailboats be mindful or your sails will get scorched.

Beautiful area and nice boat ramp. $15 a day to use ramp but around $140 per year for the pass. Car parking is $5 all day. One of if not the best lakes in nc
