First of all, the first few pictures are too nice of what this store actually looks like. This is an older store and it looks nothing like the pictures. Second of all, I shop here at least once a week and the store manager has seen me before. I went to bring back Tupperware and she accused me of stealing one. The reason of me bringing them back was there were missing pieces. I told her that and she was giving me a hard time. You would think she would know me by now since I've been shopping here for 5+ years. But not anymore. I will go to the newer one down the street where I'm not accused of stealing. Also the checkout is horrible. No one is there to help you unless you yell for someone and the self checkout rarely works.

Had receipt for items bought, Did not want back on the card cause I did not have it. Lied to me and stated its Policy not to give cash back. Ass manager told me this Baloney. Other DG stores will give cash back with receipt. Bad Management.

Being a delivery guy for the store. Manager came off on a different vibe. In my honest opinion she didn't want to accept the goods, due to a temp probe when my truck going to give you the same reading. So I was asked to call my manager on how can we resolve this situation going forward. He was shocked as well he did his correct steps to situation told me proceed to next location. I went to my next drop zone I was approached by a gentleman that was at the same location he says to me hey that Bobbi manager said you took off with stolen goods an she's going to report you. At first I brushed it off. Then I felt as she made that comment cause the color of my skin. I've been driving for a year no accidents no problems now all sudden I'm stealing goods that she didn't want to accept her product at the store I feel bad for the customers that didn't receive the goods that was probably needed due to her arrogance.

You need to fire Bobbie(the 60+ year old lady) all she does is yell, and God forbid you try bringing a movie back that didn't have the DVD inside of it. Yelled at my husband saying there's nothing she could do unless he looked through all the movies to find that exact movie. Literally only yelling that at him, all the other customers in the store could hear her yelling, they were all shaking their heads and even seen a nice man worker was saying that wasnt right for her to do that. After me and him looked through the one big spot of movies we couldn't find it. So he had to go tell the woman and a different NICE worker woman helped us try to find it, but we couldn't so she told us to just get another movie with the same price. She also found a whole lot of movies that didn't have the DVD in it. She also yelled at an elderly woman for buying a carton of cigarettes WHICH the Bobbie woman scanned 10 packs of cigarettes which is more expensive than the carton, that woman also got a can of beans but she forgot them. And Bobbie said "well if these beans were important they'd come and get them." My mother took the bag out to the elderly woman and she said thank you this was my mother's day food. Fire Bobbie or you're going to lose a lot of customers. All the other workers are completely wonderful, but this woman is making people lose money and embarrassing them.

First yall need to remember that if we leave you standing at the registers when there is a line it's because we are clocked out on lunch or clocked out going home we are not suppose to work off the clock and 2nd the manager and Assistant manager have been here a year now and I think we have done a wonderful job at getting this store cleaned and straightened up and I thank we are very nice and fair and helpful to our customers.

This place has the worst checkout service ever. The manager and her friends pay no attention to you standing in line and just go outside and smoke in front of the building and leave you standing there.

The staff of this location are extremely and please me when I arrived.the system did not automatically pull up the coupon voucher I had but the really friendly lady in the front did not hesitate to actually make that my situation right and it took no time to correct. I am not shocked at this store or this franchise much in the past however I am quickly becoming afan of the operation as it seems to be pretty steady across-the-board that customer service has been on the rise with the brand itself. Ultimately this is one of the best locations but they're all good or at least seem to be ahead of most other competitors. If you haven't given the brand a chance I would recommend trying at least once.

The customer service and hasn't been as good lately with the new employees and the shelves aren't stocked like they used to be. Hopefully it goes back like it was a few months ago!!!

I love this little Dollar General. When I first visited I'll be the first to say I couldn't find anything. But with the help of the ladies there . I came out with a positive attitude and more than a went in for lol .Very Friendly people, the store was nice and clean an very organized. Way to go Stokesdale Dollar General.
