“Pretty good store. It has wide aisles that are cluttered up by junk. It's decently well stocked and has a lot of selections including produce. The clutter is not as bad as I have seen but you will have to be careful in some aisles. I've been here twice and haven't had much to say about the service for good or bad.
Recommended.”
“What a nice store. It is very clean despite not having any renovations in years and is well stocked with wide aisles. You could even casually twirl a cane without hitting anything. Family Dollar has been upping their game in terms of selections, cleanliness and overall appearances. This one is no exception, with fantastic staff to boot.

“I love the store there in Madison. But I'm very grateful that I realized that the executive order states that there are exceptions to the wearing of the mask. People like me was health conditions cannot wear the coverings over our face. We are not trying to hurt anyone and I stay 6 ft away from me from anyone, But this whole thing has been taken out of control. in South Dakota the governor there did not quarantine nor did she make people wear a mask and they have been over this virus for 3 months now. Completely back to normal. Just wanted to say that I appreciate being able to shop and not be harassed. Thank you”
“I have shopped here several times in the past. It is a great store, well run, and very clean. No roll-tainers full of clutter in sight. Floor is also spotless. Staff interactions were good and nice. Your typical hi hellos and how are yous.

“Sunday 09/19/2021 @5:04pm miss Sharon was my sales associate. She was very sweet kind caring considerate and thoughtful. My 5 year old and myself had came in. My son wanted $1 nerf gun and I was purchasing 2 birthday cards. They were 2 for $1. Total came to $2.14 I was 17 cents shy. I apologized and told her I'd put one of the cards back. She without hesitation, with the kindness of her heart offered to pay the 17 cents for me. I thanked her multiple times and my son (5years old) even told her thank you and have a blessed day. My heart was filled with joy and warm and smiling. To know that she (miss. Sharon is a great person and a heart of gold. Very kind caring thoughtful and generous and I smiled at my son bc I feel like I'm doing something right when my 5 year old son told her thank you and to have a blessed day. I hope that she knows in her heart that she made a difference in my life todat and I hope dollar tree will honor her in some way bc ahe truly deaerves it. Thanks again. Tall have a blessed day”

“The folks that work in these stores do a great job, that is why they get the 4 stars, not because of the love of General Dollar. These employees need help, not more stores. The Dollar General revolving door would slow down if you increased you employee count by just 1 in each store. You have them all over the store doing everything and that takes away from their positive mental thinking and Customer care. You can't move beside a old country store and steal their business if you don't offer the old country store personal attention.”
