“I locked myself out of my car today so I contacted State Farm’s road side assistance. Roadside LLC was the first company State Farm had contacted, but provided Roadside LLC the wrong address so it was canceled. I had contacted the State Farm agent again to get another company, and waited about another 30 minutes until I got a call, but it wasn’t State Farm but was Roadside LLC. They called to ask me if I was still locked out, and I was. I have never had a company reach out to check on me like that, and it shows the kind hearts these people had. Instead of going through the hassle of State Farm, they came out today for free, out of the kindness of their hearts. And let me just say, when they said they were on the way, they were there in 15 minutes. Absolute fastest roadside I’ve ever gotten, and truly some of the kindest people I’ve interacted with. I wish I would’ve been able to tip the kind man who came out, but unfortunately did not have cash on me. Thank y’all so much for your help!!!!!Service: Car lockouts”
