Update- pharmacy has been great. They explain all your medications and are prompt when returning calls. I've gotten my medicine here for 3+ years. The actual store is pleasant. All the staff that have I have interacted with are wonderful.

Please Re- Work your automated phone service! It takes multiple calls to stop it from cutting you off & saying I'm sorry, before you can finally leave a message! Out of very common & popular prescriptions to where it takes 3 days to get it filled!

The pharmacist Michelle is very rude. I’ve had two different encounters with her and a bad experience both times. The first time was requesting an rx consult with a brand new medication for my child. She was very inconvenienced to review the rx with me. The second time, when the pharmacy shorted my other child’s antibiotic by two days. She insinuated I didn’t know how to measure with a syringe. A very rude individual. I will not return to/trust this pharmacy.

Anytime I visit the pharmacy in Summerfield, NC they are efficient and kind. Kim and most of the staff know who I am and remember our family dynamics. Could not ask for better care.

Not sure about all CVS locations, but the 4601 US 220 in Summerfield NC, is awful. The pharmacy in particular. I submitted 2 prescriptions last Friday, as I would be out on Saturday. Sunday I go through the drive through and was told they were out of both medications. No further information from the person at the window. I asked, if they know when the medication will be available? I was told, probably on Tuesday when the next truck arrives… Today is Wednesday. I walked into the store and went to the pharmacy counter. I asked if my prescriptions were ready? I was told at first they didn’t have it yet… I pressed the person at the counter a little and was told they do have it, but I had to wait. The person at the counter was trying to be helpful, the pharmacist Michelle, appeared annoyed at the situation. So I waited about 20-25 minutes and was called back up. They had one prescription for me and said they didn’t have enough of the second medication on hand and I would have to come back on Friday… This is important medication that I’m now needing to go without for about a week. They didn’t offer to fill enough for a couple days, to get me to Friday. Didn’t ask if I would like them to call another location to see if they have the medication on hand. Didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience, just said come back on Friday and went back to looking down… So I am going to have to try calling around and see if I can figure out if another location has the medication… it’s a shame, because this location is perfect for me, but I would rather have to drive across town then deal with the people at this CVS location.
