“Would give 6 out of 6 if I could. Enormous selection and I was there for THC drinks. They had what I wanted and so so much more. A huge selection of THC drinks, spirits, and shots. Will be back everytime we come to Greensboro!”
“I can’t believe I waited so long to try! We all ordered different pastas and only thing that I wished, was that the vodka sauce was a little more creamy and more of it and a few more pasta choices. Still really good, and the chocolate chip cannolis are AMAZING. Nice outdoor searing. Will be back!”

“I liked how when you enter the store you can tell what section you need right away. The signs or the selection of drink that you need. Counter people were friendly. There was a discrepancy about a price on a bourbon and they made it right.”

“Loaded Grape is a tucked away gem! I stumbled upon Loaded Grape while searching for a new wine bar in town and found this one. It's in a shopping center which seemed weird but they make very good use of the space. I've been to several Saturday tastings where you can experience 5-6 wines from around the globe and purchase your favorite by the glass or bottle. There's always a friendly face-whether from a staff member or patron. I've met many nice people and enjoy all their events. They have a good social presence and website where events are updated so I do enjoy knowing what's coming up.”

“The employees are always wonderful, but today Lindsey went above and beyond for me. I had issues with a digital gift card but she handled it amazingly and was so patient the whole time. Lowe’s is more expensive than other stores but the customer service makes it worth it.”

“I am giving this location a 5 star review for the cashier name Bril, and her alone. She is a blessing to this store and a testament to quality customer service. I currently do Instacart to supplement my income and so I visit a lot of stores in the Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Jamestown, and Winston-Salem area and alot of them are Harris Teeters. There is not a single time that I have come to this location and Bril didn't greet me with a smile, ask me how I was doing, promptly get customers through the line, bag the items properly by temperature and never break from excellent, white glove customer service. I mean never. I complimented her to the manager, however, I feel like she deserves a Google review and I will contact corporate. Exemplary customer service has declined so much over the years. I've been in this store and encountered managers who weren't as willing to help as she is. She is a true testament to excellent customer service and a true blessing to this location. Thank you Bril for always being so kind, so helpful, and just a pleasure to encounter.”

“I needed 2 gallons in a hurry to replace a broken decoration. The young man helped me find suitable choices, and he gave me the paper that was priced. I was able to go pay while he inflated the balloons. I wish I knew his name. This wasn't his usual job, he came to help me from another part of the store. I had contact with 3 employees there. They all did a great job helping me.”
“I am giving a 5 star review to this store primarily for Ennasence who gave me one of the most memorable customer care experiences. I appreciate her so much, not just for great customer service, but also for thinking ahead and meeting a need I didn't even realize I needed for an Instacart order. I was checking out for 3 members, and one order was an in store pick up. She effortlessly bagged it in paper and I didn't have to ask her to separate the items by Frozen, Fridge, Shelf, etc.. and she even told me how many bags I had for each as I was going to the staging area. When I say excellent customer service, ahead of the game and was friendly the entire encounter even with lines backed down the aisle. She was working at a fast pace that allowed each customer to be appreciated but was getting people in and out the line doing her part to help this store run efficiently. I complimented her to the manager while I was in store, I just needed to go the extra mile for her as she went for me, because this was a white glove, memorable, exemplary customer service experience and I am grateful for her and her hard work. Thank you Ennasence.”
“This ABC store isn't my favorite but they're well stocked and friendly. I don't appreciate the Police presence but I understand it's needed in certain communities. Go early to skip the crowd and officer.”
“I stopped by at this store Saturday morning to pick up some fruits and vegetables on our way out of town on a camping trip. I had to get something out of one of my external storage compartments. While in a traffic slowdown on I40 west of Asheville the car next to me told me one of my storage doors was open. I had taken a few things out at Harris Teeter and forgot to put them back in and close the door. So I called the store (about 4 hours later) and was lucky enough to talk to the store manger. He listened to my dilemma and said he would go out and look to see if the contents of my storage compartment was still in his parking lot. About 15 minutes later he called my back and said he had found my stuff and would hold it until I returned next Friday. That’s service! It’s a tribute to the high quality individuals employed by Harris Teeter.”

“I've been going to Beer Co. since day one. I have made some of my best friends there. There are six beer taps, a cooler full of enough styles to please anyone. You can purchase beer and wine to go or hang out in the bar or at the outside tables.Google Timeline tells me I've been to Beer Co. more times than my work. A friend asked how that is possible. I work five days a week. Beer Co. is open seven days a week. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable. If you are staying downtown and want to enjoy a beer or two or pick some up for the hotel, Beer Co. is your spot!”

If you're delivering here, do yourself a favor and SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT ahead of time. Their hours are 4:00 AM – 10:30 AM, and they mean it — if you roll in after 10:30, nobody will be around to unload you and you'll be sitting on dead time.
Once you're in, though, it's a smooth operation. The warehouse crew moves fast and gets you in and out without a lot of waiting around. The guys in the warehouse have some real personality to them — keeps the mood light and makes the stop actually enjoyable. The yard has plenty of room to maneuver, so backing in and getting your dock assignment shouldn't give you any trouble even in a bigger rig.
Bottom line: plan ahead, hit that window, and you'll have a solid stop. Fast unload, easy docking, and a crew that keeps things moving. Recommend it.”

“It is a blizzard in Gboro today. I went to the Lawndale Harris Teeter and of course the shelves have been raided. Their manager, Gerald, was very helpful to me by showing me where to locate one item and getting me a 12 pack of soda from the back. They were very busy but still on point. “They seemed to be low on some stock but we did find stuff we were looking for when we came here. They did have Clearly Canadian flavored water on sale so I got some (yes, the same Clearly Canadian that you saw in the 90s). I expected to only see Wild Cherry but they had quite a few of the flavors. Store was clean, staff was friendly and not the cheapest prices generally but item selection overall was far from the worst I've seen.”

“Despite being able to legally drink for nearly a decade, I am always extremely nervous going into liquor stores because I am so overwhelmed and know so little about specific types of alcohol. The minute I walked into this store I was greeted warmly and asked if I needed help. The employees let me look around at my own pace but assured me they would be ready when I was ready for help. Clinton was the gentleman that predominantly helped me and he was very patient in listening to my needs and immediately assisted me. (Also want to note that I did speak briefly with another associate who was equally as kind - unfortunately, I did not catch her name). I was there picking up a gift on behalf of my employer, and Clinton was able to recommend me a few different options after asking me some very thoughtful questions. He was incredibly kind, put me at ease, and chatted with me for a while. This is one of the best experiences I have ever had at a liquor store and I will absolutely return here for my future needs!”
