“The staff was amazing they had the truck i wanted very easy staff and owner to deal with no crazy pushy feeling like you get with other dealerships I ask about the truck they gave me and my wife the keys and sent us off to drive by are self drove it around everything was good with the truck we agreed to a deal on the truck and I asked if they could wash it they said absolutely and they cleaned it up really good and the owner even went ahead and changed the oil before I left and the battery looked a little old and he even put a bran new one in without me asking about it and that was after the deal was already done and he had his money that said alot about him to me that he already got paid but saw the battery was questionable so he just replaced it with a bran new one I would recommend them to anyone”
“I bought my f250 with 24s and 35s with a beautiful utility bed from key automotive a couple months ago and I can say I have never had a better vehicle! Everything was as I was told and I’m still amazed at how easy and willing they are to work with you. We had been looking at one overpriced junk car after another at other dealerships, and were so frustrated. Decided to take a chance here, and it really paid off.
While test-driving the vehicle, warning lights went off, and when we mentioned it to James, he replied immediately that the car could not be sold until repaired and in a safe, warning-free condition. He called us when done, everything we were promised, we got, and in return, he has our loyalty.
