I LOVE my pharmacists here at our one and only Walgreens in Summerfield! They make my life SO Much better by knowing our history and our health issues. They surprise me with the rapport they have with the medical community, and how easy they make it look to get our refills taken care of. If i were to shop by price, they are not the cheapest. HOWEVER, this store retains their two main pharmacists Aaron and Lylia. (for 13 years of my history)! That says a lot to me!
The store has many other friendly and helpful employees….Tami is always there the days not everyone wants to work..the day after Christmas, in the pharmacy, behind the photo desk - always willing to help! She’s a worker! Jacob is special. He looks like this burly, super masculine dude, but really comes across with such a soft and gentle voice that asks all the right questions, calls me by my name (which always makes people feel important) and totally puts me at ease when picking up prescriptions. Jacob has some history with this Walgreens now. Brandon is a powerful force as a Manager. He is patient and fair. He is always willing to listen to any question or problem that you have. He never “passes the buck”. Overall, the staff is FAB! The only reason for my lower rating is the inventory. What gives??? It is particularly obvious with the cosmetics shelf! Most BOGO - whether free or 50%, the second of whatever is rarely on the shelf!? That confuses even the highly educated client like me that comes in with a shopping list???

This Walgreens has a skimmer on their credit card machine and when I told them about it they didn't do anything and I watched people after me get their credit cards skimmed after I told them. Be careful here.

Thank you so much to the pharmacy tech today that went above and beyond to help me with my husbands medications. I hope you know how much I appreciate that. This Walgreens is the only pharmacy to deal with.

The one worker in front as cashier is very rude each time I come in and no idea why. Never says hello always says what do you need? Just rude each time.

Horrible experience with pharmacist. She was very rude and unprofessional and embarrassed me in front of a crowded wait area. The pharmacy staff have given me incorrect information on several occasions and cost me two unnecessary trips there. Wasted, my time and gas. No apologies offered. There is a fantastic CVS right across the street. Their staff are kind, thoughtful and most importantly, knowledgeable.

Just moved & having to switch pharmacies. The staff were amazingly kind & helpful. This is a huge difference from other Walgreens I have gone to, & as someone with high anxiety, I appreciated their kind bedside manner ❤️

I DREAD having to refill my prescriptions every month because every person I've encountered in the pharmacy department is so unfriendly. If it wasn't such a hassle to update and move all prescriptions, I would've switched pharmacies a dozen times by now. Whether it's in person or over the phone, the staff is just so rude and unwilling to help.

This walgreens location makes dropping off outgoing FedEx packages super easy. The parking lot has plenty of spaces and line was very fast. Within minutes the associate made sure my package was scanned and ready for FedEx pickup.

I hate that they have to be open the day after Christmas but I am so thankful for this Walgreens! Coming in clutch with antibiotics for my 8 month old and it took no time at all. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

If only I could give zero stars I would. Leaving people on hold for over thirty minutes in absolutely unacceptable. Pharmacist, Aaron, had zero remorse and feels this is acceptable as he “cares” for other patients. If this is caring then I would hate to see him when he doesn’t. It’s one thing to be busy. It’s also one thing to be overwhelmed. But if this is the walgreens way, then I would recommend to run as quickly as you can from this place. It is NOT acceptable and if it is the norm then they need to find either more staff and better staff.
