The one worker in front as cashier is very rude each time I come in and no idea why. Never says hello always says what do you need? Just rude each time.

Horrible experience with pharmacist. She was very rude and unprofessional and embarrassed me in front of a crowded wait area. The pharmacy staff have given me incorrect information on several occasions and cost me two unnecessary trips there. Wasted, my time and gas. No apologies offered. There is a fantastic CVS right across the street. Their staff are kind, thoughtful and most importantly, knowledgeable.

Just moved & having to switch pharmacies. The staff were amazingly kind & helpful. This is a huge difference from other Walgreens I have gone to, & as someone with high anxiety, I appreciated their kind bedside manner ❤️

I DREAD having to refill my prescriptions every month because every person I've encountered in the pharmacy department is so unfriendly. If it wasn't such a hassle to update and move all prescriptions, I would've switched pharmacies a dozen times by now. Whether it's in person or over the phone, the staff is just so rude and unwilling to help.

This walgreens location makes dropping off outgoing FedEx packages super easy. The parking lot has plenty of spaces and line was very fast. Within minutes the associate made sure my package was scanned and ready for FedEx pickup.

I hate that they have to be open the day after Christmas but I am so thankful for this Walgreens! Coming in clutch with antibiotics for my 8 month old and it took no time at all. Thank you all so much for everything you do!

If only I could give zero stars I would. Leaving people on hold for over thirty minutes in absolutely unacceptable. Pharmacist, Aaron, had zero remorse and feels this is acceptable as he “cares” for other patients. If this is caring then I would hate to see him when he doesn’t. It’s one thing to be busy. It’s also one thing to be overwhelmed. But if this is the walgreens way, then I would recommend to run as quickly as you can from this place. It is NOT acceptable and if it is the norm then they need to find either more staff and better staff.

The Pharmacy here is really slack and needs major improvements. When I arrived for my Covid test a few minutes early Lynn made me leave and come back right at the exact time. I find it really ridiculous she couldn’t let me take my Covid test that literally takes only a few seconds.

My mom had to go to this Walgreens last Friday cause other pharmacies in our area in our Rockingham County were either out of the medicine my mom needed for eye or the price was too high. Luckily this Walgreens Summerfield had the eye drop medicine my mom needed. The lady working at front as soon as you walked in is really nice. Pharmacy technician explained to me how to do my mom's eye drop & etc. Overall my mom & I give this Walgreens in Summerfield .

Have never had any problems with this Walgreens and I've been going there for almost four years. Everyone is polite and helpful. However, like most businesses today, if you are waiting for warp speed service...it may not happen. Most of the employees are young adults or high schoolers. The adults are at home collecting government checks. Great store...Great people!

The front staff is nice and friendly. The pharmacy staff seam to always be grumpy and bothered by helping customers. I have to change from CVS because of my insurance. Not looking forward to it. I don't have a choice.
