He explained the differences and benefits of all the plans and what would suit us best and also went over the phone’s capabilities in plain English and then helped us out swapping out our home internet which wasn’t working well at all. “I have NEVER had an issue with losing connection or bad connection. I do hear complaints sometimes but I live in the country and even with most storms, my connection is great. Some hurricanes will effect it but thats normally the same time my power goes out. I miss the yearly checks (from it being a membership coop) though.”
