“I have NEVER had an issue with losing connection or bad connection. I do hear complaints sometimes but I live in the country and even with most storms, my connection is great. Some hurricanes will effect it but thats normally the same time my power goes out. I miss the yearly checks (from it being a membership coop) though.”

But have no fear, these folks are amazing!My wife and I have been having some problems with our accessibility and our billing. This problem has gone on for several months, and the T-Mobile store we had been doing business with—not this one!—and the customer service operators were unable to get my problems sorted out.We went into the Shallotte location, expecting to be unhappy when we left, but we were fortunate enough to waited on by Indira! She helped my wife and for 2 1/2 hours, and she was able to get ALL of our problems sorted out. She absolutely went above and beyond to take care of our problems, all while remaining calm, cool and collected. She never made us feel like we were abusing her time, and she never stopped being friendly. I can’t thank her enough!I also have to say, all of the employees, were very friendly to customers they were taking care of.TLDR: If you are interested in trying T-Mobile, go to the Shallotte location, they have your back!”
