AWFUL!!! Course management was horrible! Teed off one hour after assigned time. Then, It was SO backed up, it took 4 hours to complete 9 holes of golf! AWFUL!!! I’m a local and will never play there again! Worst day! Grateful for the twosome and the weather!

Rude cart staff. Be careful. They let you pay for 18 holes but the carts have to be in 45 minutes before dark. If they course is busy they will let you waste your money!

This course has 3 nines, total of 27 holes. All 3 nines have some very interesting holes. Its not a super hard course and it's in great condition
It can be pretty crowded but it moves along ok
Will be back.

I played this course for the first time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff inside and the bag drop guys were friendly and efficient. The lady driving the refreshment cart was fantastic, and she made it around to us 3 times during our 18 holes of golf. The course was in very good shape and well maintained. The greens were a little slower than other courses in the area that I have played recently, but they are in great condition. They are also very large greens. The price to play was reasonable, so I recommend people to get out and play.

A really enjoyable golf course. Greens were really good and the fairways were in good condition despite the dry conditions the area has had. I will be back to play the course.

Everyone there are so welcoming, pro shop ,the pro , bar, kitchen , cart service. It like a family and I have new brothers and sisters loving it. The 3 course are so much fun to play. The pro Richard in one year has brought me to a level of play that's sustains my interest in continuing to play more golf and be the best I can be.

I live in the area and have played most of the courses in Myrtle Beach. I will tell you Sandpiper Bay is playable for all skill levels. Reasonably priced — especially for locals and those having the golf trail pass. There is some character and will require a bit of course management. The bunkers are well placed and can be challenging. Pace of play was excellent. The starter and marshals were extremely friendly and welcoming!!! I will surely be coming back soon.

Played here the year it opened. Maybe 1987? Have played many times since. Did the bay to sand nines. Greens were sanded but rolled nice. Fairways and tees also nice. Always get treated well here. Only negative would be sone if the cart paths are in need of sone repair. Otherwise a great day. Will be back
