The woman was screaming at my daughter while she was using the restroom. Absoultely ridiculous, as there was nobody in line. She then glared at us while we were leaving. My daughter cried the whole way home after this hateful and unnecessary experience. This worker should be fired. I have read other similiar reviews about this employee in this review list. This is not an isolated situation.

Make sure you have some kind of money for your soda, I thought I had enough to pay for my fountain drink. Tried 2x, then walked out without drink in hand it's still on counter back to my car to move on with my day. The lady stops me before I go in and said I needed to pay, can't leave without paying. So got held hostage inside and had to call a friend who's out of the way to help pay. The situation took an hour+. For a fountain soda. I didn't even want the soda once I found out I couldn't get. Originally just wanted the fizzy water but they don't even provide any. No wonder they are not busy, and over priced gas.

Local service tech, came in to use the restroom and grab a water as I’m recovering from a stomach bug. While trying to relieve myself, the older lady working kept pounding on the door multiple times, I informed her it was occupied and I was using the restroom. After coming out, no line was waiting for the door, I bought a water and asked if it was normal to harass people using the restroom, which I was told “it’s a public batchroom! 8 People were waiting!”
What people? The non existent line that wasn’t there, or the one person buying lottery? I wasn’t aware of a time limit I had, I indicated it was occupied and I was using the restroom x2 to your employee? Incident happened on 4/17 around 1pm, will reach out to corporate as well. Thanks

Apparently I was interrupting either thier close, or just their whole evening cause it felt like I had done both. The attitude was noticeable and there was no attempt to hide the displeasure by the 2 employees. As soon as I walked in I was glared at causing me to have immediate anxiety in which all I could muster was to ask if I could use the restroom first(with a nervous laugh) because clear gestures indicated they wanted to rush me back out the door. Granted it was 9:30pm and I was disheveled in my PJ's after working all day. 2nd thing I noticed was how much effort the store has put into not having lingering guests by the posted typed signs. The one employee even went outside to glare at my husband in the car likely to produce more answers on how long I would be inside. My guess is I was profiled as a hobo and treated like less than a human. I thought about not buying anything, but my anxiety got the best of me(they had "bathrooms for customers only" signs on the doors) so I purchased a drink and left immediately instead of getting all the stuff I was going after. Please learn to treat people better or find jobs not in customer service!

IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS HERE AND THE MANGER IS ALSO NO HELP. THEY GIVE ATTITUDE TO CUSTOMERS, BLAME CUSTOMERS EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE WRONG. IF I COULD CALL CORPORATE I WOULD! MAYBE A CALL TO SHELL CORPORATION WOULD HELP BUT WHO KNOWS. SORRY PEOPLE WORK HERE!

I couldn't see the screen at the pump and accidentally purchased a car wash. Noticed it a couple of days later on my receipt.. Went back for a refund and was denied. The girls at the counter were very nice and said they would have to ask the manager. He didn't have the nads to tell me no himself and made the ladies do it. Buyer beware. You have to deny the car wash, or they will charge you. By the way, I was within the validation period of the wash. GrrrEdit: I thank you for responding and passing on this review to the station operator. That has resulted in no other response to refund my money. Still getting a grrr from me.

BEWARE!! ONLY USE CASH HERE. I had trouble with card at the pump. 4 hours after I leave I have an attempted charge for a large some of money. Owner babbled some nonsense and wouldnt listen. I was just trying to warn of a possible card skimmer.

This place is going downhill. I used to stop here to wash our car before heading home from vacation. Never again. I just washed our car here about an hour ago. The minute the spray came on, it smelled like very stagnant water and / or sewage. The smell came inside our car (and I had just changed out our cabin air filter which has charcoal to eliminate odor)... not enough charcoal for this odor!
