I asked for emergency delivery. It took more than 24 hrs to deliver. There were no storms or inclement weather to increase demand. I live less than an hour away. I went to your web page and contacted your company through the chat option and explained that I would not pay the emergency delivery fee. I told your driver that he should check first before proceeding with the fill-up because I would not pay the emergency fee. He delivered anyway and I was billed for the emergency fee. I will be looking for a new company to provide my propane needs in the future.

Trying to fill a propane tank at this location and the people in the store are just staring at me and won’t come to the door. There is a note on the door to call a number, but the number is just a call center. The call center person said they should be able to help me, but the people in the shop are duds. Do not go here if you need anything.

I DID NOT ORDER PROPANE AT ALL!!! Simply listen to my recorded conversation with your employee I called & talked with and you will hear me say "Do not deliver any propane unless I can get the monthly payment spread out over 12 months." She said she arranged that, it was delivered, and then I was billed regularly and refused the payment plan for payments spread out over a year. I called and asked you to remove the propane and cancel my account. No one came. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR PROPANE.
