Your company continues to over charge anywhere from $1.00 to $1.50 more per gallon on every delivery. This has been a problem I have called on several times. Takes extremely long time on hold waiting to speak with someone. When you get someone most of the time it is hard to understand them. Connection's also poor. Been hung up on several times. Laughed at by your same agent after I called back just this last time I had to call because again over charged $1.00 per gallon more. I have been told that this will be looked into. To date I have no response back. Please address this. You need to be able to post up current price in my area or have a on call service to let you know this when ordering fuel. Thank you

My biggest problem was with the charge for the leak test. First of all shouldn't that be done on every fill up? It was done while the driver was filling the tank. He wasn't here more than 10 minutes, how do you get off charging $140 when is main mission was filling the tank, so what did it take him 2 minutes to do the test. That is really a very expense charge for what 2 minutes. What a rip off. I did get it reduced by 50% but come on there should have never been that charge to begin with.Thankyou for letting get this off of my chestbobp

As I stated before driver's can't back in my driveway without running over rocks on each side. Driveway is plenty wide. In fact have had a rollback back in twice with no problem and it is longer than one of your trucks. Also tank has some really bad pitted rusty spots, but when I called about it you wanted $150 to look at it and the tank belongs to Amerigas. Tank was a refurbished one when you installed it 10 years ago. Thanks ??

I've had Amerigas as a supplier for the last 4 years, since they bought Campbell Gas. This is the worst company for product and service I think I have ever had the misfortune to use. Almost impossible to find a phone number, and when you do nobody answers. And they have charged at least $1 - $1.25/gallon more then the current listed price for Residential Delivered Propane in NC, and yet can't or won't tell me what the extra charge is for. I'm in process of changing suppliers. There are better folks out there.

Unable to understand associate. Tried to explain what was wrong and I was unsuccessful in my attempt. I have been a customer for years. To avoid the tank rental charge, I was required to purchase more than 160 gallons in a year. Which would be more than half of my 320-gallon tank. Now I am required to fill the tank twice during within a year to avoid the rental fee. I wanted to know when the requirement changed. I want to know who on the coast in NC uses that much propane. I heat with propane, fireplace, and tankless water heater and don't come close to one tank a year let alone two. I should be grandfathered in to the original 160+ gallon requirement.

Delivery person showed up before tank was empty & was efficient and polite. Billing was easy, although price did go up.

The service tech came out but he didn't know what he was supposed to be doing! I guess his work order didn't have the information he needed. He asked me and I told him what little I knew. He said he would check both tanks out. Yet he left and did not communicate with me about what he did. I'm still trying to get you all to deliver gas to the correct tank from 6 weeks ago! I plainly stated in the notes which tank needed gas and was told by a customer service rep that they did see my notation. Someone PLEASE, PLEASE call me and correct this...PLEASE!!!! I can't talk to another call center.

My business pays as much for gas as residential. No one will talk with me about it. Everyone keeps passing the buck until I get, "I'll have someone contact you" I've been waiting 5yrs now. I have come by the office at least 75 times to prepay "cash" for a tank of gas for my home and have yet to be able to catch someone. But you keep trying to charge me a rental fee on my personal tank even though I've not been able to get gas in years. I have almost frozen. I refuse to use your website to pay for gas anymore before you add terms that you say I agree to, whether I do or not, if I use the website I automatically agree to these terms. That is like blackmail.The only reason I have not changed companies is I am loyal to the employees you have that I have used for over 30yrs that you inherited from other companies and because of everything being so strapped right now it would be a big financial burden to pay to have 2 tank set up for my business and one for my home with the set-up fees. But I can guarantee you that if anyone runs a special on set-up, i hate to do it to your employees but im gone. I will take my 15000.00 to 25000.00 a year elsewhere

Your customer service phone has not been answered in 8 days. No ability to even leave a message. Terrible customer service. I plan to discontinue service. Worst service ever.

Called 7 times at different times of the day on different phones and never was able to get someone to answer. I am a new customer and I was calling about my bill and the opened trench that goes to my house! Very disappointed in the service so far. Not winning any first impression awards that is for sure.

It took months to get credit for buying my tank. Talked to numerous people on numerous occasions. Customer service where someone takes ownership of a situation until completion is totally lacking.

They came out the next day after we called to fill our tank. The technician was very helpful in making sure my stove worked and that my fireplace worked.

I’ve contacted AmeriGas about my tank rental many many times over a twelve month span and NO ONE will discuss or call or emailOr text, customer service is absolutely non existent. The tank rental fee is outrageous and an unfair charge

You don’t answer the phone timely… and the customer help does not speak English clearly. My tank was filled without advising the cost- when compared with other local companies I learned I had paid almost 2 times the average price per gallon. So, NO you do NOT earn 5 stars!
