Just returned from my first official visit at this VA facility. It was an extremely pleasant experience visiting with Dr Bnar and the entire professional, courteous and efficient staff. I'm happy I chose this VA location.

Took 3 months to get an appointment. When called to verify appointment, I started asking questions. Found out that if I got a prescription from my civilian Primary Care Doctor that it could take 30 days to receive approval from the VA Primary Care Doctor (if they even approved it) before it could be filled at the VA pharmacy in Wilmington. That's a complete waste of time and not worth using the VA system.
