Island Smoke Lounge is the chillest smoke shop in Brunswick county, located just before the bridge on Holden Beach Rd. It has a cool, relaxing atmosphere and great vibes. The shop carries just about everything for smoking, vaping, and lifestyle needs, including a huge selection of CBD products, flowers, smokeables, skin and haircare, cigars, cigarettes, tobacco, cool glass, and many other cannabinoid products and alternatives. The staff is super friendly, really nice, very knowledgeable, and helpful, providing great customer service. They have a large variety of products and a great selection of vapes and other goodies with solid, reasonably priced, great pricing. It is a wonderful store highly recommended for anyone.

Guy at the front was incredibly patient and highly personable!! Then when we left one of the vapes we bought wasn't working and without any hesitation he exchanged it for another! Will definitely recommend this place!
