Your item was returned to the sender on July 8, 2025 at 8:37 am in SUPPLY, NC 28462 because of an incomplete address.
THE ADDRESS IS CORRECT (even Zillow agrees) and as far as I can tell no delivery attempt was made. My phone number was provided and no call received. Calling the local office is a joke, unless you enjoy hearing the phone ring numerous times before getting a busy signal. After 15+ calls so far I’ve yet to speak to anyone. The 800 number isn’t any help regarding this matter.

Seriously this post office needs a Post Master, packages never get here when they are showing out for delivery. If you have a package that you have a problem with and go up there and are nice, then they say they will call you back (well that was a few weeks ago when your PM was being staffed by our old postman, no call back) So no one is responsible at all. This happens all the time not just a one time thing. I go to Shallot to bypass this place when ever I need to mail things. This place needs to be combined with Shallot and moth balled.

If I could give this post office a zero I would. Packages never arrive on time because they’re too lazy to come down a road that is maintenanced properly. So they instead keep the package in the truck until the next day where you have to pick up the package at the post office which is a massive inconvenience if you have a busy schedule. Family has spoken to the rude ass post master for years trying to get them to do their job correctly and come down the road, but of course they never do. The utter laziness is a massive let down!!

Package was not marked as delivered and now I can't return it. Attempted to contact your toll free number but it doesn't seem to recognize my tracking number and I have no way of contacting anyone without driving to the local post office. Don't bother calling the toll free number, it's a dead end set of menu items that just tells you they can't help:(

Scott and Latoka are the most incompetent people. They don't know how to do their job and give you 10 different stories instead of doing the proper research on your issue!!

After dealing with the Postmaster at Bolivia, please stay away from here, I decided to go to the Supply post office and just get a P.O. Box instead of having to deal anymore with Bolivia. I walked in and Chris was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, assisted me with the paperwork and had an excellent customer service attitude. I spoke to the Supply Postmaster, Scott, to compliment Chris and his attitude was excellent! A completely pleasant experience. It’s a shame when you mention the Bolivia post office in the lobby and everyone begins laughing. Good job Chris and Scott! All USPS employees should take lessons from these guys at Supply.

We had put some mail in our mailbox today to be sent out and the person doing our route on elkin st sw did not bother to stop and pick it up rather ignored us. This is the second time this has happened and I am fed up with our mail not being picked up. We did not see the mail truck so not sure who was doing our route in here today but I want it stopped right now. Yes we had our flag up so it was easy to see it.

Even though this is not the Post Office that processes my mail, it is the closest one to me, so I use it often for mailing and shipping. They are always nice, efficient and answer any question you have regarding different rates or the best way to send.

Great little POST OFFICE, the listing for the hours on Saturday is incorrect. The office opens at 09:00.

Way better than Bolivia post office. Haven’t had an issue so far and everyone has been super nice and helpful!
