“With a spontaneous trip to anywhere but home we ended up at topsail Island. This place was a perfect find for a quick getaway! Location was absolutely awesome, in walking distance from everything you could possibly need or want. Beach access across the parking lot. Great food spots nearby. It's a small place with only 20ish rooms so it's quiet and with the pool it's a nice spot to just relax. Noticed it was pet friendly so take that into consideration if allergies are an issue. Everyone was polite and courteous. No riff Raff here. Parking lot will only accommodate one car per room so keep that in mind. We are already planning a return trip for next year and will book for a week then. Beaches are so nice and even on a summer weekend not what I'd call crowded. Value was great and so glad we found this place. Thanks to the new owners and staff for an amazing time. We'll see you again”

“This was our fist stay at the Sea Vista, but it will definitely NOT be our last!

Staff in the front office was chill and friendly. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was really comfortable!

Beyond that, the views and access to the beach were absolutely perfect. It’s nothing fancy but we brought food and cooked in the room which saved us a ton of money. What a great quiet place to stay.

If you’re looking for lots of people and extra things to do, this might not be for you. However, if you’re looking for a relaxed, chill beach getaway you can’t miss this place!”

“This motel is made for fisherman. The rooms are small, but adequate. They have everything you need for a weekend of fishing on their pier. The pier house doesn't have much and the workers over there are kind of stale acting. The restaurant above the pier house has good food, nice people.”

“Have everything right out our room. To the Beach 2 minute walk, Pier 3 minute walk. 2 minute walk to the main lobby/store. Breakfast, Lunch From 7:00am to 2:00pm, can eat at the dinner seating or out side, basic but very good. Pier fishing is not crowded, great fishing. Room's are basic but great family establishment. Clean rooms, shower pressure perfect, very clean towels and linens. Owner's/employee's very friendly. Also sell fishing bait. Price for fishing off the pier is very affordable. This is going to be our place to stay every time we go to the beach.”
