“So I took my two dogs in this morning, both are rescued in the last year - while we have been working with them to be less reactive today was a BAD day. The girl at the counter- she was blonde, I didn’t get her name because I was so overwhelmed and on the verge of tears- but she was so nice and so understanding. (Unlike the woman who complained about me to the store and showed absolutely no grace- not knowing the situation) but I will absolutely be going back. Just the customer service, care and understanding this girl provided was immaculate. She gave them treats to try to calm them down. They’ve never been in a store, so they were stressed out and overwhelmed. My dogs are the sweetest dogs ever- but they do bark loud (so I can see why that would be scary & I also know dogs are still animals so anything could happen- but acting like that when I’m openly overwhelmed and I even apologized to the woman I just can’t.) thank you kind girl at the register, you made my morning a little less stressful.”
“I called to see if items were in inventory, specifically a bladder pressure tank and associated well pump switch, and not only did they pull them aside and put them on a cart by the front door for ease of purchase but they also recommended, after coordinating with the store manager, the correct well pump switch versus the one that I initially intended to buy. Kyle was fantastic, even helping me load the huge tank in the truck. Awesome people, awesome service, awesome store. Best price in the area. Highly recommended.”
