We just returned from our trip to North Topsail at St. Regis. We stayed in a Seashore Realty managed condo. The check in and out was great and our unit was immaculate.

I visit this property twice a year! I love it! Large enough for everybody to spread out. It is always spotless upon arrival. Watching the sunrise with a coffee every morning from the deck is the best!

Property was immaculate with amazing oceanfront views. Property had full amenities for short or long term stays. Stayed at same property in North Topsail twice now and be coming back ASAP.
