Walked in today to pick up two scripts and was standing at the pick up area and felt like the invisible man! Mellisa and Allison were both working and did not acknowledge me. Mellisa was putting up prescriptions asking Allison about her vacation in Pigeon Forge and her schedule. She then put up more prescriptions and then left the area after saying something to Allison. Well after Mellisa walked off Allison acknowledged my presence and asked how she could help. She then had to ask Mellisa to wait on me once she finished with the script. Very poor customer service. I don’t expect the pharmacist to wait on me but I do expect a tech or customer service employee to acknowledge a customer prior to putting up scripts especially when I was the only person there. Not like they were swamped with calls or customers.

The pharmacy is the best. Allison calls many people by name and is always friendly and helpful. I recently moved to this CVS, from Black Mountain, for that very reason. Appreciate all they do.

Really not sure what’s up with the pharmacy- maybe it was a really bad day. Both people working were so unfriendly. The person at the front was rolling their eyes, sighing, and making anyone trying to get their prescription seem like a burden. The other in the back was screaming HELLLOOO HELLLOOOO at people on the phone over and over again?? Yall please just be professional?? I understand if it’s a bad day but dang

My sigma friends and I were venturing and were in major need of pretzels so that we could put the fries in the bag for one of our fellow sigma travelers. Although, we could not find the pretzels which was skibidi Ohio we were greeted by a sigma worker. We also acquired many treats equivalent to that of a lunchly and prime combo. The CVS was very sigma.

I love this store. As a weary traveler, we just needed some pretzels. We walked out with all sorts of snacks, and it was a hit on my checking account. That being said, the lady behind the counter said hello as I walked in and told me to have a nice day when we left. Great store. Some would say the best CVS in the area. Awesome. Thank you.

For two years now CVS Swannanoa has been my preferred pharmacy. The store is clean, well organized and the staff are all super kind. Same for the pharmacy, the pharmacist and pharmacy techs are all super helpful And they do so with it kind heart

Me and my girlfriend were driving through and she ended up having the start of an allergic reaction without thought the staff jumped into action and the head pharmacist was an amazing help with offering us medication and help we needed. He was also able to give some much needed reassurance. We are both very thankful for the staff and recommend their friendly service to anyone who may come through!

Terrible employee working Sunday morning. (1/14) I am not sure why I had to catch an attitude from a CVS employee first thing in the morning. I will never step foot into that store again. Make the drive to Black Mountain, they actually have useful and kind employees

I can’t say anything for the store itself. However I dropped off a disposable camera two months ago. I’ve called throughout the time frame asking about my film and every time I’m told the same answer that Fuji must be developing it. It’s the attitude and rudeness that genuinely ruins this place for me. The customer service and demeanor of the employees makes me glad they are self service at the check-out. Instead of making excuses maybe just be truthful to people. Especially when you’re the one who screwed up.
