Terrible employee working Sunday morning. (1/14) I am not sure why I had to catch an attitude from a CVS employee first thing in the morning. I will never step foot into that store again. Make the drive to Black Mountain, they actually have useful and kind employees

I can’t say anything for the store itself. However I dropped off a disposable camera two months ago. I’ve called throughout the time frame asking about my film and every time I’m told the same answer that Fuji must be developing it. It’s the attitude and rudeness that genuinely ruins this place for me. The customer service and demeanor of the employees makes me glad they are self service at the check-out. Instead of making excuses maybe just be truthful to people. Especially when you’re the one who screwed up.

Love this pharmacy, if you respect the employees then they respect you. I shop here at least once a week. Thank you guys

Once I came through drivethru and the clerk at the window spit multiple times into a cup from 10 inches away. I can’t imagine the germs around the cash register. The bathrooms are always dirty. I asked for auto refill when I transfered in a new prescription. When I came to pick it up I asked if auto refill had been set up. It hadn’t then I called when I had 5 left and it still hadn’t been set up on auto refill. Everything at CVS has gone downhill.

I've only used this pharmacy once. The male pharmacist had some of the most rude behavior I've ever seen in a professional role. He expressed anger, mocking behavior, unclear communication, and blame shifting. I thought perhaps he was overworked, sick, or just having a bad day but the recent reviews say differently. It looks like other customers have experienced similar behaviors with a male pharmacist at the Swannanoa , NC CVS recently. On a good note, the pharmacy looked well staffed and clean.

Oh CVS….I usually review food places and shops I love, but when seeing a review of CVS (in another city) I realized I have strong opinions of this company. As a former employee and (as of 2022) mandated customer I feel like I’ve seen all I need to see.For this particular Swannanoa CVS location though here are my thoughts - I was FORCED by my insurance company to move my RX from the Swannanoa Ingles to them. They never were open when I’d go to pick my meds up, hold times on the phone were atrocious, and I was berated by a pharmacist because I didn’t inform them I was anemic before a shot and bled some.I moved to Candler and am curious to see how the Smokey Park one holds up. I’ll be reviewing that one in a few weeks when I get my refill.I’ve been to multiple CVS stores in other states even and have yet to have a good experience. Sigh

The pharmacist is argumentative and rude. I witnessed him arguing with a patron and not answering the man's question about his medication. The next lady was chastised for going to the incorrect CVS, followed by "I don't have time to help you". I have reported this pharmacist in the past, yet CVS continues to tolerate his deplorable behavior. It's like he wants to chase off customers.

Because my insurance became aetna CVS I switched from Walgreens to CVS to get my prescriptions. That was a big mistake. Getting in touch with the pharmacy is ridiculous. The app is horrible it crashes all the time. And even after canceling one prescription numerous I still get texts that it's waiting approval. Great concept if it worked. Without going into the list of things that happened with my medication pretty much everything that could go wrong did. I switched to the PSA neighborhood pharmacy I suggest you do too they're wonderful people.

The robo answering marching is beyond ridiculous! Communication is nearly impossible- COVID is constantly in the answer. Give me a simple choice: renew prescription, speak with pharmacy, status of prescription. Then go into your COVID rant so I can hang up!

CVS has lost the patronage of myself and my family due to their financial support of politicians who have worked to overturn Roe v. Wade. $1,380,00 to Republicans assaulting women’s rights. $72,500 to those pushing SB8 (Texas anti-abortion bill).

So I called and asked the employee did they have the item I was looking for he told me yes, so I asked him to please hold one back for me, when I got there he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about and ended up not having what I went for.

Staying in the town of Swannanoa, we needed some extra emergency clothes. Clean and easy to find. No issues

One of the most unpleasant experiences I've had in quite some time. Rude, unprofessional, and completely inept on how to properly do the job or solve minor problems that arise. Needless to say I will be switching my pharmacy needs going forward.

Came here for a shot. The problem is everyone is not wearing masks. Nice people.

Disappointed that everyone is not wearing masks. The workers are wearing them but not all of the patrons.
