Don't take your Jeep anywhere else. Brought my TJ in for some work and they communicated clearly throughout the process and got the work done fast. Great shop, good people.

I was traveling across country flat towing my Jeep behind the rv. 03 TJ w/ freshly installed long arm kit. Went in and scheduled a date a week out to have a 4 wheel alignment, get my transfer case resealed due to a leak on the main seal and have a new front drive shaft installed. Was told under 1k and a same day service. I paid and they ordered the drive shaft. A week later I took it in for the services and heard nothing all day. Called them around closing time and was told they were struggling w/ the 1 ton steering alignment. Really, a “4x4” shop. I asked what we could do, offered to replace parts if necessary and was ok with taking more time.. they advised they’d be able to handle it. Didn’t think it’d take 3 days for an upsell. They upsold me on ball and u-joints and to remove the t-case to do front and rear seals along with the main seal. Didn’t agree with the thought process but reluctantly agreed to pay for all the upsells and the additional time. Thought they had it under control. Knowing I had to leave town which forced me to fly back a week later and drive the Jeep 400 miles home it’s more than frustrating after 2800.00 in parts and labor. Considering the initial 2 reasons I took it in we’re not done properly. my T-case is still leaking, alignment on the spec sheet is still off.. great place for stock Jeeps id assume… idk. I emailed and never got a call or response. Only reason for the 2 stars was the accommodations for leaving it outside for me to p/u after hours.

Very pleased with the service provided! My Jeep rides a lot smoother now since the tires were rotated and balanced. I also want to brag on the service advisor, Joe, for quickly getting back to me about the status of my Jeep, and answering my questions. Diamondback 4x4 has now gained another happy customer!
