Very pleased with the service provided! My Jeep rides a lot smoother now since the tires were rotated and balanced. I also want to brag on the service advisor, Joe, for quickly getting back to me about the status of my Jeep, and answering my questions. Diamondback 4x4 has now gained another happy customer! I will be returning in the future for all of my Jeeps needs!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

If you are OK with paying to have inner tie-rods replaced and not having the 21 year old "literally torn in two " rubber boots to the steering rack replaced , this is the place for you . As anyone with any car knowledge knows , to do this now requires most of the job being done over. No, they were not intact when work was done as the owner argued, The single-use factory bands were still in place on the rack end and it is impossible to perform tie-rod replacement reusing old boots without disconnecting boots from rack. I tried to have them make it right and was told they pushed the knuckle part of the tie-rod through the small end of the boot and then they just pushed them to lock in place and therefor they did not need to remove the factory band. That might be how a CV joint works , but not tie-rods . .
