Bought a new Heritage Classic. Was treated very fairly my the staff. Knowledgeable about the product and helped me work out the addons that i wanted. Good experience all around. Dan, Ken, and Tonya were super to work with.Went back and bought a Street Glide. Asheville HD always delivers
