I called 4 times just to find out how much it costs for a propane exchange on December 2, 2024 at 7:22 PM and they kept hanging up on me immediately each time. This is a NOT an acceptable way to run a business. This place is just as bad as the Roadrunner Market on 1411 Tunnel Road after 1st shift. I know because I ran 3rd shift at a gas station and never ignored the phone unless I had a customer. Even then I would multitask. And I know about Roadrunner and She’ll because I referred customers to them when we were out of their products. And these two stations would be closed from Midnight until 4 am despite being 24 hour operations, so I stopped referring people to them.

This is the BEST store around. I love all the employees especially the crew of guys that are there in the pm. They are all the nicest, sweetest, coolest dudes and I am always smiling when I walk in to when I walk out. By the way as a reviewer said "the Asian guy?" Which is totally rude. They said he was looking at them and laughed. Well I know this guy and he 100% was probably just looking around and wasn't laughing at you so stop being paranoid because this man doesn't have a mean bone in his body and he doesn't behave in that manner its simply not his nature. Sorry you had a completely wrong opinion on this great guy. I have yalls back ALWAYS LOVE ALL YALL!

Go east 1 exit diesel 60cent a gallon cheaper. This store is price gouging because they are the only one that has diesel available at the moment on this exit.

The new owners have done such a fantastic job with this store! And all of the employees are so nice, except for the Asian(?) guy with the glasses, he's rude. He quite literally looked at other customers and laughed at me. The tall guy with the green glasses is always super sweet.

Store is nasty cashier is extremely rude and he refused to turn the screaming music down and when asked about more creamer he said that’s second shift’s problem definitely wouldn’t recommend using the creamer station ??

tl;dr…Go somewhere else.Must think they are slick, 20 oz redbull marked $4.99 in the cooler but they ring it up for $5.69. They got me the first time, the second I checked everything and questioned the clerk who said the owner enters the prices.It isn’t about the $2.80 they swindled me out of, it’s the principle of it.Looking for a state agency to report this to.

Only gave 2 stars because I appreciate a couple of the workers. The others, not so much. Maybe I was just raised in a different generation but I dont think its very professional or respectful to blast vulgar music videos on the TV for customers to hear and see when they are spending their hard earned money. It's actually a slap in the face. When you walk in with your 10 year old boy or young daughters and have to try and talk over the music so they don't hear it and tell them not to look at the TV. I'm not going to say I won't be back but I won't bring my kids into this dump anymore. Shell should be ashamed of themselves. They've spent a ton of money with the store improvements but the standards and practices have sunk to the bottom. Don't bring your kids in here.

This place sucks,no dieselFuel.Your on a interstate hoping to get fuel and you can’t.Nothing close by either.So much for Shell and there reputation.Should of checked there reviews?Mike D.

Malicious and deceitful. I came in to use the restroom and paid CASH for gas. When I got to the pump I was rung up for CREDIT which is 10 cents higher per gallon. Stop scamming people with your deceitful actions! May you get it back ten fold!

This truly is a hole in the wall and the ambiance is what you'd expect for a small town locals favorite. The restrooms could use some attention and maintenance, but overall we enjoyed our visit. Food was great! Brittany "Brit" was super friendly and pleasant. We asked for recommendations and she pointed out several items. We both went with the Farmers Breakfast with bacon. Eggs were perfect at over medium and bacon was nice and crispy without being over done. We also splurged on a side of French toast at Brit's recommendation and we're so glad we did. Prices were very reasonable, so overall great value.
