“The service people do a good job, but the call/scheduling service center need a lot of improvement. While nice and personable, they give inaccurate information about what is needed, either because they don't understand/are trained on the products and/are trying to represent too many brands, or are not given the information they need to respond.
If someone calls it is usually because they could accomplish what they need online.
It is a beautiful facility and the actual service staff is reall good but getting an answer when not standing in front of them is challenging at best. That area really needs improvement, and calling in is like navigating a maze. Time consuming and frustrating.”
