Out of staters here for vacation. Went to Battlefield to have them unclog the evaporator a/c drain so we could run our a/c again. They responded immediately and took care of the problem. They refused payment. I would have happily given the mechanic a generous tip, but I had no cash. Would gladly use them again, and happily recommend them to anyone needing auto servicing in or near Swansboro, North Carolina.

I was thrilled my brakes were repaired the same day I called to report they were suddenly making grinding sounds. Job was done in a few hours, price was competitive and they work great now. They also made sure the car was road ready for a trip to New England which set my mind at ease.We just moved to Swansboro and I'm happy to have found "my people ". Failed state inspection for tiny crack in a headlight that works just fine. Waste of time and money. Took the car somewhere else and passed just fine.

Ended up get a hole in my tire and went to Walmart where they wouldn't even try to talk to me or help without an appt... so went across the street to battlefield auto and they were very busy but took my tire without us even having to get out of the car and patched it perfectly... the guys were extremely nice and did an awesome job and when I was thinking the worst on how much it would cost it was only 25 to just patch up the tire and it's still great to this day..(we was in n.c several months ago) and I live in wv so this was a huge plus and they had us back on the road in no time... don't waste your time at Walmart... you won't find better people or a better company than at battlefield.Service: Tires

They did a wonderful job getting me in when I arrived early for a trip check. They did check the things that were mentioned by me. I'm not sure that they did anything else aside that, however, along with check dashboard lights and listen as they drove the vehicle down the road. It would be nice of them to have some sort of real checklist that they inform you about. Overall, they were helpful and I would go back, not for a trip check, though. I also tried to change to value, not quality for the review but it wouldn't allow.

Took my car in with a stripped lug nut, expecting the worst!! They were able to replace my tire that day without having to bore it out! Very friendly and professional staff!
