“I had a bit of a financial crisis today and Karen helped me out tremendously. I didn’t catch the name of the bank teller. They are both amazing at their jobs. They made everything easy to understand and were patient with my situation. I came in very emotional, because my account had been taken advantage of by someone I thought I trusted. They got me in and out even though I had a process to go through opening a new account (on vacation nonetheless!).
