About CVS Pharmacy
CVS Pharmacy in Swansboro is a smaller store attached to a family practice building, primarily a pharmacy with all the benefits of the chain. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. For many years, it has been a reliable pharmacy for prescriptions and vaccinations. One customer scheduled a flu shot online and was in and out in 15 minutes, greeted pleasantly with paperwork filled out and the vaccine given expertly. The pharmacist is wonderful, super nice, and informative, even handling insurance complications without breaking the bank. The team is excellent at their job, treating customers extremely well and working as a team to solve any problems until it is right. However, some customers dislike the new phone system where you have to leave a message and wait up to an hour for a return call, missing the old system where they picked up the phone right away. Despite this, overall, the pharmacy is awesome with no complaints.

I've been with this CVS since they opened...I've never had any problems with them..they always ask if I have questions and if I do the pharmacist is right there to answer everything..I feel safe knowing they are in charge of my medications...Terri Campos

The pharmacist was wonderful. As can be expected with the VA we had insurance complications but she made sure to get us taken care of without breaking the bank. Super nice and informative throughout.

Great team and they greet me by my first name and really nice smiles. They are always ready to go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend this CVS located in Swansboro!
