I initially went here after seeing a listing for a used suv here. Didn't like the first one so we test drove a couple others. We noticed all 4 of the used cars we looked at (all less than 3 years old), we dirty inside and one of them smelled terribly of wet dog. I mentioned the lack of detailing done to these $30K used cars to out sales rep (Vincent Scott) who concurred that their staff that performs the vehicle cleaning are lazy and this is pretty common there. Decided on buying a new traverse since their dirty, smelly used cars were only about $5K less than a new traverse. Their first sleight was offering me $1000 for our trade in that we got $9750 for elsewhere. Second, their finance manager (James) tried to get me to agree to a 7.69% interest rate loan with some no-name lender. I explained that this is my 10th new vehicle purchase and my credit is excellent and I have never not been offered a tier 1 lender with a good rate. He said that wa the best he could do. I went to chevy.com and spent 90 seconds applying for a loan and was instantly approved for 5.19% interest (which I ultimately chose). The day after I ordered my car, I called in for James because I had a financing question; I had to place 3 outbound calls and wait 5 hours to get a return call. In my case, they did everything they could to get me coming. Definitely would not recommend.

Bought a truck from this dealership back in December 2014 when it was still Stevenson and I got the lifetime powertrain warranty. Now let me tell you I'm skeptical about these warranties but the truck was still a great price. So fast forward to 2022 my truck with almost 195k miles began having issues. Took it to the dealership and the service advisor Ron took the truck in and said they'd look at it and fix it. Other than the 7 week delay for parts which I understand because of covid etc everything else went great. Ron called me up to get my truck and when I showed up the truck was running like brand new. My cost..... $0 yessss zero no labor no parts nothing. 100% of my repair was covered by the warranty. You can't ask for much more from any dealership. I've sent quite a few people to this dealership and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them.

Collision Center Customer. DISHONEST, at best. Paint work was great. Time will tell if the bubbles will come out of the decal. When I picked up my vehicle the spare tire was missing. I informed the collision team, and their first response was, "We had no reason to go bak to that part of your vehicle." 15-minutes later they said, "The spare tire was missing when we took it into the Paint Booth. The technician heard the chains clanking when he drove it in there." Then their response was, "Well, I just don't know what to tell you. The spare tire was missing when we received the vehicle." That was the last time they talked to me. They refused to return my phone calls and failed to fulfill promises to have a manager call me. I turned to my insurance company to engage with them, after all, my insurance had sent me to them. First they told my insurance company they had no reason to 'go back there', despite the fact that they were doing body work on 2 of the 4 sides of where the spare tire was stored on my truck. Then they took a picture of the side view of another truck that was not the same model of my truck, and tried to use that as an example to the insurance company that the spare tire was missing. The problem with their attempt is that the photo of my truck at intake actually proved the tire was there; if it had not been, then the chain their technician heard when he was driving the truck into the paint bay would have been visible in the picture of my truck in the intake photo. You be the judge. The first photo I posted is the one Team Chevy Collision took when they took in my vehicle in which they say the tire was not there; they provided it to my insurance company as proof that the tire was not there when they received my truck. The second is the photo I took after I picked up my vehicle in which Team Chevy Collision and I both agree the tire was gone... notice the extra light in the gaps of the second photo and the chain hanging down where the spare used to be. I think it's clear the tire was there on intake and gone when I picked it up.All I wanted was a genuine attempt to investigate the issue, regardless of the outcome. Instead, management stalled, ignored me, and then tried to deceive the insurance company. Instead of taking the situation seriously and making a genuine effort to investigate, they denied, deflected, and attempted to deceive.

Really good Chevrolet dealership! I live beside a Chevrolet dealership but drive to team Chevrolet to look for new vehicles because they are a lot better all around vs the one beside my neighborhood. Sales people are not pushy (the ones I have spoken with), they try to find what your looking for and need instead of trying to push another vehicle on you just to make a sale. Will definitely be where I buy when it comes to Chevrolet vehicles!!!
