Didn’t have time to get a pedicure before our vacation and randomly chose Tracy Nails. This was hands down one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

After having a terrible experience at another salon, I was so happy to have such a great experience here. I saw Joe, and when he saw my nails even he said the other place did a bad job. The prices here were also much better. I was so pleased with the service and I will be going to him every time, and I will recommend him, and this salon, to everyone.

Had a great experience at Tracy's nails! The salon is clean and has new massage chairs and nail staions. They don't like to over book. So make sure you call and make an appointment.

While on vacation, I had a month old set of gel nails that needed removing. First time with them, and definitely not for me. Mainly because salon techs cannot use the dremel tool on me, and the gel has to be soaked in acetone and painstakingly removed the old-fashioned way with clippers, files, etc... It takes a long time....and many techs aren't thrilled to do it. Well, my tech at Tracy Nails had no issues, was very nice, and we laughed throughout the hour long process. The follow-up manicure was perfect, not too long, not too short, perfectly filed, and the hand/arm massage was the very best part! Unfortunately, the only name I got for this sweet lady was Grandma as her granddaughter came in to say hello while I was there. So Thank you, Grandma. I'll be sure to come back, but with NO gel nails ever again!

I got the powder manicure and when I went to pay I noticed my nails were paper thin. My nails are usually very hard. It took over 5 months to grow them back as they just broke off from the manicure.

Tracy’s is a beautiful salon. The staff is friendly and the services are excellent with great prices. I always look forward to my relax time at this salon.

Sadly the customer service was very disappointing. I made an appointment for a pedicure. I've always been handed a menu of different kinds upon arrival. I was not asked what kind of pedicure I wanted when I called for the appointment or when I showed up. When I asked for hotter water he reluctantly obligated. Throughout the whole pedicure the water was luke warm. I wanted a deluxe and received a basic even after asking for a menu to choose a different one. He had no desire to provide me with a menu or offer me a different pedicure. The man seemed in a hurry. I only get pedicures every few months as I'm a busy momma. This "special" break my husband wanted me to enjoy, was rushed and not relaxing.

Tracy and her team have been my “go to” for years. I love all the people and always feel like family while there. I always make an appointment and they never keep me waiting. They also gave the best polish selection anywhere. Tracy does the fastest and best acrylic nails I’ve ever had! Deluxe pedicures are top notch. Highly recommend.

Walked in without an appointment, they were able to help me immediately. The nail tech did a phenomenal job, was professional, polite and courteous. I had a bit of an odd request and he obliged the design with no problem. I got a French gel manicure and the prices were lower than I've seen everywhere else online. I'm new to the area, but this will definitely be my official nail salon moving forward. Very pleased!

My granddaughter went there with a friend and we ask ahead of time how much it was and they refused to let my husband prepay. She had just had a new set done three weeks ago she only needed four repairs and a fill . He told her he had to do them all over again and said they were all cracked. He charged us for a whole new set and did not even listen to what we wanted. After seeing my husband hand my granddaughter the bank card he did what he wanted.

Pretty facility but low quality for gel nails and pedicure. Began to peel after 3rd day and pedicure was short. Not worth price

I went in for what should have been a 30-40 minute appointment for a simple, short dip nail. After 1 and a half hours of a gentleman working on my nails, I finally had enough, so I paid and left. When I expressed my frustration, he said it was my fault because I had changed the color I wanted. I switched from one gray full of glitter to a glitter-free gray (which I asked for to begin with) after he did one nail. He never offered to redo that nail, now a shade darker than the others. He said, “that one will just be darker sorry.” I have gotten dip nails for years, and never have they taken more than 45 minutes. I also asked that my nails be cut short, and he decided it would be okay to file them. So disappointed because I was hoping I would love it since it’s close to home and work. :(
