The manager of this store has to be the most unintelligent person that I have ever come across in retail stores. We went in and selected our items and went to check out at the lawn and garden register. They were paying someone to stand at the register to tell people that they couldn't check out there. If you can pay someone to play on their phone and rudely tell people that they can't check out, you can pay them to run the register! Wow....I wish that I could give it zero stars....smh

There is rarely anyone in this department. The electronics department usually assist you and I have found they are not truthful about the photo department. There are individuals that need to learn how to treat people with respect in this area. My film stayed in the photo area 2 weeks and never got developed. I was told numerous things in regards to this situation and in the end found none were truthful. Thankfully I did get all of my film back to get it developed elsewhere.

Again, but I have to let you all know. I get to checkout and again, no greeting. I place my items on the belt as I would like them bagged. Hardware, office, can goods, frozen/refrigerator, and veggies. Collin is bagging away. I go to place a bag in my cart and see my office supplies are mixed with my frozen food. I see my green onions with my office supply. I stop and say, sorry but this is not correct. I rearrange the bag and he says, but there is no room....WHAT are you talking about. I rebagged two bags then cashed out. He gave me my receipt and said have a good night in a whisper of a voice. What is wrong with Walmart? You can't tell me they don't train these people. Do they assume that young kids have common sense and know to put cold with cold, cans with cans...etc. All I know is this is a very bad Walmart. They overcharge, they have attitudes, and no one looks like they are happy to have a job. Sad. Very sad. 7/20/22

They never have ANYTHING in stock. And good luck going to customer service if you get the old lady, she is very rude and it's really unprofessional. Never has been nice once since I've been coming here. It is however convenient and when they are stocked it's nice.

This is the WORST Walmart I have ever been in. no stock Jacksonville NC - Western Blvd. not much better. Morehead City NC ( off of RT 24) no stock and looks like a flea market. Waste of my time to shop there.

Wanted to visit the new Walmart in Swansboro today. Big mistake. After spending about two hours shopping my wife decided it was time to check out. The cashier had no idea of what she was doing! My wife paid by check. The cashier ran the check then for some reason put the check back in the machine a jammed it! It took them 45 minutes to get my wife a receipt for the merchandice she bought and it had to be printed out in a place other than at the register. Very unprofessional and very time consuming. My wife would of returned the merchandice but they already charged her for it and the register was jammed so a refund was impossible at the time. Suggest some serious trINING FOR Cashiers and MANAGERS. A situation that should of been resolved with in a few minutes took almost an hour. My wife said they said sorry but offered no remedy on what they would do to avoid more situations like that.
