I would leave no stare waited almost 2 hrs for our food order and never got it because it was given to someone else now out 100 dollars big waist of time call to talk to Manger and tbey could be found I would like a email from hire up u walk in have all kind of walmart worker talking and standing around walmart should close down it a waist of a walmart

This one star deduction is for having to stand at the deli waiting and or chasing someone down to get help.Did this the last 4 visits.12/23- I changed my one star and bumped it up to four. I thought a one star is too damaging for my complaint. I know staffing is an issue and people don’t want to work anymore.My only other complaint is having to work around all the busy shoppers for online pickup. That department seems to be getting busier. So busy they really take up a lot of isle space. One time I had to turn around and come up another isle to get to the other side of the isle I needed to be on. lol. A little gridlock in Walmart.

Some can goods were difficult to find, but the shelves were well stocked and weren't out of anything I was after. Cute clothing options too.

I used to love this Wal-Mart specifically because it's always clean, organized, and just pleasant to be in; however, I've had a horrible experience lately. I bought the rotisserie chicken and it was RAW and BLEEDING!!! I tried calling anyone but I was transferred then just hanged up on. Incredibly disappointed.I took plenty of pictures as well.

Thanks to Robert in Electronics for his excellent, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable handling of several issues for me today. He was able to help me with questions about problems with my phone, a phone charger, and he helped me with developing a photo that would become part of a special customized Christmas ornament for a family member. I purchase from the store in Swansboro because they usually have what I need in stocks. The gas prices are better and the service is great. I shop online grocery and within a few minutes of arriving someone is the with my items. My last wait time was less than a minute. The assistant is always nice and does not just throw my items anywhere. I have a grocery container for my items and cold items are placed in the cold area. I pass a Walmart to purchase from this store. There prices are better than my local store.

Placed a delivery order this afternoon was to be delivered between 6-7 it's now 9:22 and still no order. This is utterly ridiculous. I ordered things I needed for dinner and don't have them. Why because they allow orders to be placed after mine for delivery in 75 minutes or 3 hours and my order is pushed to the side. Was told driver was on the way to the store at 5:40 but the store denies it. I'm so fed up with Walmart. I can almost guarantee that items will be missing because they always are. The best they could do was reschedule my delivery for 3-4 tomorrow which I refused. They won't hire people and those they do hire they hire part time but work them full time hours. This store is a joke they only allow supervisors and managers full time hours. I applied almost a week ago and they have yet to call and I know they are hiring because my son works there.

They have just been going down hill. Every week I've been doing the pick up orders there is at least one issue. Today it took them 22 minutes to get me all my stuff when I was the only car sitting there for the first 15 minutes of the time. They forgot an entire bin at first and had to go back and get it after I mentioned a ton of things missing.

The new policy in which they cannot check you in at pickup is unfeeling to the extreme. For somebody with autism such as myself it gives absolutely no recourse and shows the coldness of corporate America, in that while we may pay for products and services, they can all, at the end of the day, be taken away from us on a whim of company mandate.

Bought a carpet cleaner that had obviously been used before we bought it. I had the receipt and attempted to return it the next day. I was told I could not because the serial number "did not match what was on the receipt" and told me I had to contact Bissell.The manager Summer was no help and told me I would have to go to the exact Walmart I bought it from.. which is out of my way in my errands today. Another one of Walmarts ridiculous policies. And another reason to shop small as much as possible with people who actually care about their customers because they could care less about providing customer service

We were notified at 5:45pm that our order was ready. We arrived at 6:19 and waited to 8:27pm for our order. Once we returned home we found that items were missing. We live 10 minutes from this store and could have completely gotten ready, went to the store, completed our shopping, checked out, returned home, put everything away, and would have settled in for the night. We did this out of convivence, but was truly let down. Since we had sent our kids to retrieve these goods, I made a call to the store. I never could reach the ToGo service and had to call the service desk. I was told that no one ever answers that phone and was given a cell phone to call. Upon calling the cell phone, the associate assured me my order was ready, however he gave no explanation on why this was taking so long. Out of four instances of using this service, only once did it go smooth. A 25% success rate is deplorable. We will not be using this service again, and plan to relay this message to our friends and family. I would like to thank this Walmart for assisting me in once again understanding it is better to just do things yourself and do not rely on others to do their job accurately. In perspective, if I do not execute my job well, I either do not get paid, or I lose that job. I have the feeling that Walmart does not have the same policy. No accountability = Poor performance.

Bought two fire extinguishers on Monday. Tonight, we needed a little bit of everything. I know it was close to 8 p.m., but only two actual registers with cashiers were open. Quite a lot of people were still there shopping. Almost everybody I talk to does not like using self check out. I personally like going thru a manned register. Is manned still used? I apologize if it is not used, I was trying to get a point across.

We stop into this store from time to time but today has me questioning if we will ever return. There was an employee parked close to our vehicle (we have a 15 month old) and was smoking like a chimney from her vehicle next to the entrance of the grocery section. Yuck! Carts were also lacking safety belts, and cashiers at self checkout were letting people line jump after we had entered the grocery section self checkout and were heading to an open register, I grabbed a soda quick from the cooler right next to the checkout and the gal working the self checkout let another person line jump. This location is a joke

I remember a time when Walmart employees were at the very least courteous...well, now they fall into the category of downright rude! Not just one encounter...the majority of them..pretty sad that we have to go through the maze of stock in the aisles and The shoppers that are doing phone in that take the entire aisle as if they are the only one there....come on Walmart I realize this isn't Publix where shopping is a pleasure but can't ya make it at least not a chore for us to give you our hard earned money!

I have heard it said: "If Sam Walton doesn't have it, you dont need it." I think they have it, but I couldn't find it because they keep rearranging things. I was looking for an oil filter for a Kohler engine and some Queso. Fortunately, they had everything else.
