A few weeks ago, my family and I ended up at Auto Zone with a dying alternator, thinking it was just faulty battery cables. Noah and his colleague assisted us with testing the battery and helping identify the problem with the alternator. Knowing we were from out of town and hours from home with no knowledge of the area, he went above and beyond to ensure we found an alternator that day. He then assisted us with finding someone who could replace it for us very quickly. This young man was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. His customer service was paramount. I couldn't believe how kind and helpful he was. He worked with my husband to ensure the car repairs were done in less than 24 hours and he even made sure that we got home safely. We are forever grateful for his help. We will never forget the kindness he showed us. Thank you, Noah! I'm not sure if he is the store manager but if he's not already the manager, he needs a promotion. He is the kind of person you want leading your team and a true asset to this company.

the best!! we took a van trip to NC and had to do some repairs they let us borrow a jack, and lug wrench to do the job! super great people and were very helpful

Normally don’t take time to write reviews and stuff but want to thank one of the amazing employees here who truly treated me so kindly and helped me out with my dilemma.
I discovered I needed a new rotor and break pads, I wasn’t close to home, I was scared and poor and yet this very nice man who works here agreed to put them on for me for free. He is incredibly nice and so was his wife skylar. Truth be told I was very lucky and happy I had this happen. If I was anywhere else this might not have happened.
I want to give a special shout out to him and his wife. I’ve never met nicer people who are truly the epitome of of southern kindness. I hope he gets a raise because he is a fundamental part of your team. He should be how everyone should act. Him and his wife are the polite, humble and kind people we should all be like.

Very friendly store! A nice older gentleman held the door for me when I walked in, and asked me if he could help me find something. At the cash register, he helped me again with a smile. I wish I had gotten his name to put in my review. Excellent customer service!

The staff and management at the Sylva NC store are awesome. I purchased a battery that failed, they refunded my money without any hassle. Keep up the great customer service.

I stopped by to get a new running light bulb, I had brought the old one, he sold me the wrong one, I went back in to show him the size difference and he promptly gave me my money back… he never even looked up my truck on the computer like the guy at oreillys did and for a cheaper price!!!! SO LONG SUCKERS!!!! You SUCK!!!
