Absolutely one of the best experiences ever with an auto shop. Didn’t try to over sell us or over charge us and even came in cheaper than their quote. Super friendly and easy to deal with. Got the work done quickly and right. Many would have taken advantage of my college daughter coming in for work on the car but they did not and even looked out for her. The only shop we will use in Sylva.

Got a estimate range for a simple job over the phone. Was told to bring it in for it to be looked at and verified that that was the problem which it was. Car was fixed and ready to go the same day. Great and fast service.

Besides being very friendly these gentlemen are very honest. Theybwill treat you right in your auto repairs. They check the parts before being installed and make sure they are top notch. If you in need of a good honest mechanic then these are you guys to go to.

They picked up my Hyundai after it broke down on the road. The mechanic warned me upfront it would take about two weeks to even look at it but thankfully they got to it a week later and kept me updated as to the diagnosis and repair cost. My only complaint is the tow truck scratched my front bumper but overall I'm giving them five stars for the excellent service. The cost was acceptable also.

Jamie is the most experienced and honest mechanic I know. Prices are great and the work is top notch. He even fixed an issue that another shop in town had created when doing maintenance on my car. There's really no reason to visit anyone else. This is definitely the best auto shop in town.Service: Auto maintenance
