I have gotten a repair at this auto collision shop in June 2022 due to a rear end collision. During this time of trusting this mechanic for my repairs, he held my car for over a month and a half for these said “repairs”. Issues arose on lack of communication on the shops part and observed lack of repairs when I tried to pick up my car multiple times. Fast forward to now, I got my car rear ended again and as I went for repairs at Joe Hudson automotive, they let me know that all the damages from these previous accident were NEVER fixed and instead painted over. They compared the parts of my car behind the bumper as a crushed soda can and now due to liability reasons no shops will fix this issue. If you have an option, do not come to this shop for whatever reason….. these reviews saying it’s 4.9 star service are fake as this place was sketchy, uncleanly, and obviously repairs aren’t done.

Amazing amazing! Amazing customer service! We'll definitely recommend to friends and family. As a female going to any type of car related business, its sometimes overwhelming, irritating, frustrating, and seems to take forever!! Other times it seems like you're treated like you're stupid because you're female...Here-However, that was ? NOT the case. ? Not only did he listen, he repeated back exactly what I said i THOUGHT I needed. He even helped me save money . Other things...It was done in the time frame I was told, I was given updates regularly/and answered when I messaged to check in, and was even giving guidance when a rental and claim was all needed. Which is a lot!It doesn't matter if it's a dent or you think you totaled it or you just want to change the color. This place is definitely worth going and discussing what you need or a dream color!I Heard a lot of people talk about the fact that colors could be matched at this business that couldn't be at other local ones. ? So that was good information to know going forward. ✔️business is nice, affordable and they don't take advantage. Recommended. ?Services: Painting

They made space for me after my accident despite being incredibly busy which I am so thankful for. They are so kind and kept me updated on the process the whole way. I highly recommend these guys if you need repairs after an accident in Sylva!

The best in town. Don't waste your time anywhere else. The best prices, service, and speed. A bigger company had charged me twice as much and said it would take 4 hours for what these guys did in 1 hour. They treat you fair and kindly even if you don't know much about cars.

I highly recommend using Complete Collision Repair for any repairs needed for body/frames. Jason and his team did a phenomenal job on my RAV4 after a tree had fallen on it due to a storm, and dented it across the body. The man wears his heart on his sleeve, and would much rather give quality and is very commendable for that! He even cleaned and washed my car when he was finished repairing it, which was also a plus!
