Haven’t been to this store in 20+ years. I keep getting emails asking about my experience. Been going on for a long time. CVS needs to rectify the situation and stop whomever is using my CVS account

Only leaving one star because there is no way to make it any less (#ZeroStars). If it came down to whether I live or die, and this was the last pharmacy on earth, I would eagerly choose death. I was banned from the pharmacy because I complained about their obnoxious callback system that starts calling back incessantly to refill prescriptions before you even get home from picking up the first one. Instead of doing the logical thing and reporting the problem to someone at CVS who can actually fix their out-of-control auto-dialer, they decided it was easier to change my phone number to a fake number in the system, and then insisted it was all "fixed." When I pointed out that it doesn't fix the problem, it just creates a new one, the unpleasant woman who "helped" me got defensive (and rather ugly) about it. When I went back a couple of months later to pick up my first refill, she (same person) tersely informed me that the store would not be filling any more prescriptions for me - I'd have to go somewhere else, perhaps the next-closest CVS in Waynesville (almost 25 mile drive). I guess it's too hard for the mighty princess to provide good service to someone who doesn't bow down in full submissiveness to her royal presence. The pharmacist was standing right there listening to the whole thing, but I guess it was easier for her (the pharmacist) to ignore the customer's needs than to endure more wrath from the she-devil she has to work with every day. Who needs that kind of attitude? Called corporate to complain and sat in their queue forever until I finally was able to leave a voice mail. I asked them to leave a direct call back number if they missed me, because I wasn't going to sit in the queue on the main customer service number again. They dutifully left a message instructing me to call back (you'll never guess where) the main number (and sit in the queue again, and essentially start all over again). Not worth wasting my time. Plenty of other pharmacies in town (especially the one with the curly W like the Nats) who are happy to have our business and who don't treat customers as an unnecessary inconvenience. I'm banned, and I will never set foot in that CVS or any other CVS. You shouldn't either. On my walk of shame out of the store, I thanked the front counter folks for always being so nice, and I hope they have a nice life. #Done

I have been with this pharmacy for over two years. The staff is generally very helpful and friendly. The pharmacy is extremely busy and almost always understaffed. Even though this is a very small town, the place is packed all of the time. The staff truly tries their best but you can tell they are sometimes over whelmed. Corporate needs to hire more people for the pharmacy so that getting your prescriptions is not an hour long ordeal some days. The store is clean and staff is very helpful.

One major part of good customer service is reliable communication. Unfortunately this specific CVS doesn't obtain this skill. You will be on hold between 30 minutes and 2 hours depending on your patience. I called every single extension their call menu has to offer and not a single person picked up the phone in any department. This isn't a new thing, they NEVER answer their phones. I was with my general provider and she couldn't even get through to the pharmacy. This is very frustrating, hopefully their corporate office or regional managers see this and make a change.

There are four handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces. The building is in excellent shape and well organized. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products sold in this pharmacy. I went here to get paxlovid for treatment of covid-19. My paxlovid was in stock and filled in a period of less than 10 minutes. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the service provided by this pharmacy.

CVS pharmacy has THE WORST customer service of any pharmacy in this area. I’ve been on a new script for two months and each month I’ve gone through the ringer just to get my medication. To be able to get my meds I have to have monthly testing then my doctor has to fill out something online and then I have to fill out a questionnaire. After that I have seven days to get my prescription. If not I have to wait twelve days then go back to the doctor for testing and then start the

absolutely impossible to use drive thru without sitting forever because CVS covid test in the drive thru now. seems as though you regular customers don't matter. why can't you set up certain times for testing or open up the outer lane for pick up too instead of drop off only. super frustrating especially when ones insurance dictates where you have to go for rx's

I go out of my way to be polite and efficient on the phone. The main person who answers this CVS pharmacy's phone leaves me in tears, every single time, at least 10 times over the course of a year. Why be so hateful? I've asked for a time that I can call when she isn't answering the phone, but got no help. CVS best fits my needs, but I can't take it anymore. People deserve to be treated with respect, especially if they are very politely trying to get things done. I never write bad reviews. I would *never* critique a business without trying to resolve it first myself. I tried speaking to the pharmacist, yet was just further seriously offended. Maybe she is afraid of the mean lady, too. If you must deal with this CVS, get your game face on. I will now be doing business with a less convenient pharmacy. :(

I have given this store's pharmacists SO many chances to be good at customer service. They have failed miserably, and this time it's the last time. A few years ago, I left CVS pharmacy because they accused me of leaving without paying for my prescription. First, there is NO way to leave without paying for your prescription and secondly, I would NEVER do that. I am an honest person. The pharmacist called and harassed me several times until I told him I'd pay the $4 or whatever it was (copay) and take my business elsewhere. I did. The store manager called me and apologized. It was a mistake on their end. So I went back to the pharmacy. Today, I had an emergency. I needed my medication and the only time I would be able to get it (I'm home bound MOST days) was when my husband was on his way past the store. I asked, nicely, if the pharmacist could fill it within a half hour so he could pick it up. She said (talking over me, by the way) that it would be about 2 hours. I asked again if she could possibly get it ready within a half hour. She said (huffily) "I'll. Try." (yes, she paused dramatically when she responded, as if to make the point she just didn't have time for me). FOUR HOURS later, they filled it. And, because I have no way of picking it up, I will be skipping a dose of my medication. Unless by some miracle my husband is able to go back to the store before it closes, I am just out of luck. I won't die without it. I have a very difficult time getting around without it and I'm already in the middle of a very difficult relapse. She didn't care. Didn't ask. Dismissed me as if I was insignificant. I really mean it when I say I hope she never has to face the health issues I face. I really do. And if she ever does, I hope someone is nicer to her. No one deserves to be dismissed as if they have no value. This is the last time I am dealing with those rude pharmacists. I've been as nice as possible. The pharmacists they have in the Sylva CVS are the rudest human beings on this planet. Whether you are on the phone or in person, they could care less about their customers. When I could go out and had to go by there, I cannot tell you the number of times I had to nearly jump up and down to get a pharmacist's attention. And that's when they weren't even busy. One of them was talking to her mom on the phone (I know this because I heard her say, "Okay mom I guess I'd better get back to work before the customers' heads explode."), the other was eating. The poor girl at the window was fielding phone calls, dealing with the drive-thru customers, and breaking her back to do the job of three people. She apologized for taking so long to get to me (I was standing there for about ten minutes - when I used a cane to walk - and they have no good places to sit and wait). I told her it wasn't her fault, I was nice to her, and she was VERY nice to me. But the ones who make the big money counting pills could have cared less. Well. This customer only takes so much. I've worked retail. I've worked medical. And I know people have bad days (but c'mon man - EVERY day can't be a bad day. If it is, you need to seek help). I also know how hard it is to deal with the public in general. But when you have someone who never bothers you ask for a favor in an emergency, you can't just pretend they stink like everyone else you've dealt with. It's okay, though. If they don't want my business, I'll take it to Mark's. At least the staff there is friendly. I don't like being treated like I don't matter. I do matter. I may be disabled but that doesn't make me sub-human. I never ask for favors. Not from anyone. Just this one time, it would have been great to have them at least give it the ol' college try. But nope. No can do. Hateful and rude people. Congrats, pharmacist at CVS who was o
