September 2025 by who knows?
Overheard the employees talking about me when I forgot my ID. They were making fun of me and made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. Said I was weird and suspicious for forgetting my ID. The lady who said this has long, wavy brown hair and she’s white. I hope she loses her job because she ruined my day honestly. There was a blonde white lady around her age gossiping about me too. Yeah. VERY unprofessional and I’m so disappointed to learn this is how CVS treats their customers when they think they aren’t listening.

I've experienced nothing but good service and a friendley helpful staff! These guys work hard to serve you and provide the Meds you're prescribed. Its not a fast food restaurant. It takes a little bit of time to prepare whats been ordered. They put themself's face to face with sick people every day. We should be thanking them for being there and waiting on us.

The pharmacist just hung up on me! She was talking over me and making assumptions on how I was taking a prescription incorrectly and when I tried explaining to her that I was taking it as prescribed she got very rude. I've had so many problems with this pharmacy and it's time to end the relationship and move to another pharmacy. They can't get their act together. Closed windows due to short staff and even a pharmacist talking across the pharmacy to me about a drug I was taking. WOW

This place does not have their stuff together. And whoever is making callbacks from their voicemail is rude and condescending. I suggest going to a local friendlier pharmacy where you’re not talked to like you’re stupid.

CVS customer service is essentially non-existent. Especially this CVS.

Not usually one to complain about a pharmacy but when you feel like making a comment hearing my phone call such as “I would hit decline if I would have heard that, you know subconsciously.” Because I’m grouchy over waiting for 20 minutes for a script that was sent in several hours ago and somehow you think it’s a “good wait time”? Keep all that same energy and keep saying it with your whole chest especially when you see my head pop around the corner especially after saying my name loud enough where I could hear you several aisles away.

I could not be happier with this CVS. The pharmacy team consistently works hard to fill my prescriptions in a timely manner. My physician sent in a prescription this afternoon and it was filled and waiting for me by the time I arrived at the store. I initially had difficulty with my military insurance. The staff made multiple phone calls and now payments and reimbursements are problem free. They treat me like family.
The store manager, Pam Trantham consistently goes out of her way to help me throughout the store. She knows her store and merchandise and makes my shopping much easier. She went above and beyond by helping me carry my items to my car. This is truly a neighborhood CVS.

They should not treat you differently because you get pain medication. I don't pester. Just ask when it's due. Make me wait every time. Rudely.

Pharmacy is always closed. Might as well close the store. People xan moce to pharmacies which stay open.
People in the pharmacy are nice when it is actually open.

Horrible Pharmacy. The older woman Pharmacy technician is hateful and talks about customers in front of them. They gave me a partial refill of my medication the last time and charged me the full price and then would not give me the additional medicine, leaving me holding the bag

Always short-staffed. Had to go three days in a row just to get a simple prescription filled. They made me pay $20 for a prescription that was supposed to be free because they said the date of birth on my drug card wasn’t accurate when they ran it. Funny because I’ve used that card MANY times and never had that problem. It’s a shame my insurance requires me to use CVS 😡
