The best tow experience I've ever had after getting my truck stuck in the mud on the side of the road. My call was answered after the first ring and a truck was on site within 20 minutes. Duke's used an app that sent me messages to let me know the driver was on the way and how far out. The driver found the easiest way to get me unstuck and we were on our way. I really appreciated how easy they made it.

Stellar service. My car broke down on my way to work around 7am. I called Duke’s and immediately got and answer and a dispatch. Communication was excellent with the driver sending me photos of the car prior to pickup and after delivery. Very fair pricing, as well. Will definitely call them again if I need a tow.

Yes, Eric was wonderful. Our son got his little car stuck in the snow. Eric and I were texting back and forth about possible snow and ice on the road where our son lives. Then he thought his truck was too long. Anyway we got there and Eric got there and he winched it out no problem. Great job Eric. Thank you!!!

If you have to get your car towed you want it done by this guy. Came to my apartment in the snow and was very helpful.

Deserves so much more than 5 Stars! I am SO thankful for Eriks kindness and help during the late and cold hours in WNC. His communication, knowledge, help and kindness meant more than he could ever know. I would recommend Duke to anyone!!

Last night I hit a deer and found myself sitting on the side of the interstate. Eric pulled over to help me out and he couldn't have been anymore awesome. Extremely kind, helpful with figuring out my next steps, and overall made the experience not as horrible. I highly recommend him for your towing needs!

Very good service. Was right on time. Definitely went out of his way to pick my Durango up in Cherokee, to deliver it to Hillman automotive in sylva NC. Recommended with 5, actually give them 10 ⭐'s... 👍🏼 👍🏼 👍🏼 Very friendly and reliable.

Eric was great I was stuck in a ditch in a neighborhood trying to get to an Airbnb that we rented for the weekend and he got up at 3:30 am and took his time pulled me out and dropped my truck off at a local tire company because my tire was flat . He dropped my key off in the night drop box and took a picture of the truck and drop of the key . He is so trustworthy and reliable and went above board .
