I was stuck in sylva over an hour from where I live in Hendersonville with car trouble. I called another shop first with no answer. I drove to another shop but they were too busy to help, I called this place and he squeezed me in and had my car back on the road in no time and didn't charge an arm and a leg. I was pleasantly surprised and will continue to do business here even though it's a bit of a drive for it. well worth it. super nice guy!

Shady mechanics, they'll fix something while also messing something up to get you to come back. Very unprofessional and honestly just not very intelligent. Went to get an alternator replaced which they did but also disabled my heating and cooling

Called morning of w an emergency ignition coil replacement. They had availability at noon same day and the new part available. Work was done within 30 minutes and I was only charged for that part of the hour plus the part. Drove 50+ miles immediately after with no issues! Not the most talkative people, but not rude by any means.

I brought my car in after rear ending someone. I assumed my car was fixed. Me and my 3 children plus two dogs spent a cold rainy night on the side of the highway. I don't know what cost so much for it to be worse than when it was brought in. Worst night ever.

For a short summary for those that wont read all...this place has terrible costumer service!!! Read this review and you have been warned! If this rating would let me do a zero star rating then trust me i would. To begin with these guys are not professionals, they are barely shade tree mechanics. This is the second time that i have visited here, just figured I would give them a second chance. Everybody has their bad days, but nothing changes with these guys. There is a younger guy that works here in his 20's that is very friendly, unfortunately he isn't the decision maker here. There is a middle aged man and an older fellow, possibly the owner that both have terrible attitudes. I have experienced this both on the phone and in person. They can care less if they have your business or not. They have absolutely no people skills and they will talk to you like you are beneath them, especially the middle aged man. As for their work, it is half way. If they can skip steps to get it done quicker then it will be done. I could write more, but i just simply want to warn others before they make the same mistake i did. THIS PLACE WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY AND DAMAGE THEN IT IS WORTH!
