We started the process with Smoky Mountain Cabinetry back in august for a shower remodel. It took them 3 weeks to finally send someone out to take measurements and then they also sent another person out at the end of September to take more measurements and we have been calling and leaving messages without any reply. I’m at a loss for words because when we first met them they were very helpful and even though we weren’t getting cabinets they assured us they could help us with a full granite shower remodel.

Above and beyond what we had hoped for! SMC did the dream kitchen, four bathrooms, a bar and a custom bookshelf in our new home in Bryson City. They were professional, prompt, personable, and priced well. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or highly recommend them for anyone looking for cabinetry or flooring. Hands on business owners are the best.

SMC did a wonderful job installing our cabinets and tile. Our kitchen is everything we wanted it to be. The cabinets arrived on time and install was scheduled the next day. Their attention to detail is superb and they won’t settle for a subpar install.
