Great bank to do business with. They provide top-notch tax services and have helped to save me thousands. Not the best place for auto loans. They have the best banking app that I have ever used.

This bank is an amazing branch. I have banked here for over 15 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are beyond knowledgeable and patient. The staff genuinely want to help the clients in every way available that they can. I dont know about the other SECU locations, but the Sylva location tops the charts for me!

All employees are always very helpful, courteous, accurate and friendly. I've banked with Sylva SECU for 40 years. I've never had one disappointing experience. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.

The people here are very friendly and will take every step to try and help you if there are any problems. There's easy access from the main road, it's located on the corner so there is a traffic light for ease of returning to the main road. They treat you like a friend no matter if your transaction involves $5.00 or $5000.00. My only complaint about this bank is they are not open on Saturday, not even half a day. Not a big issue, but it would be more convenient.

I live in Bryson City, but only use the Sylva SECU. They're the best - always fast and friendly, and they just know what they're doing. Abigail is a miracle worker. She really helped my husband and I out with our first mortgage. We had a unique situation and we needed to close super quick, and she was on top of everything! I'll always go to this Credit Union.
